The whole place is a clean and welcoming. Loved the location by the mall….but it is right beside a fire station so it can get loud during the night but nothing they can do about it, it just is. Loved the hotel style vintage keys! The hot tub was great! Always nice to have a breakfast included but it is very limited but does just fine. The staff are so friendly and that makes the staff even better!

I didn’t like that the pool was closed for maintenance even though they offered another location to swim at. It would have been nice to be offered a discount on the stay as with a family this was a piece we were all looking forward too. It be nice to have ice machine on each floor as well.

Helpful staff, comfortable beds , excellent location for restaurants in walking distance. Street noise lowered by being set back from highway inntersection and sound proofing. Air conditioner masked intermittent traffic noise at night Did not hear other guests in hallways.. Basic breakfast that worked for me because I had early appointments and could take it with me. Reception contacted me about a personal pillow left in the room after checking out and are going to mail it to me.

Air conditioner kept cutting out at night. Tired carpets on stairs and hallways, but also kept sound down, (good factor. )

Great experience! Very cozy hotel. Close to all amenities which made it easy since we didn't have a vehicle. Staff was helpful and kind Breakfast was great Jordan did a wonderful job keeping things clean and stocked -lots of variety and healthy options. Room was clean and everything was in working order. Would most definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

The shower temp was difficult to adjust the hot water is way too hot and the cold is extremely cold. However the pressure was fantastic. The placement of the sink outside the bathroom is a little concerning considering you can't wash your hands till after you come out.

We have become regular customers. We live in a rural area and when we travel to Kelowna for a night or two have always enjoyed the hospitality of this inn. The staff are personable and accommodating. They even remember our dog's name. It's pretty basic but the rooms are clean and the pet friendly rooms have laminate flooring so no issue with carpet. The pool is clean. The price is right. It's quiet for being on a busy street. And it's convenient to shopping at Orchard Park Mall. Can't ask for anything more.

Made my booking thru Booking.com. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. When I called the hotel to confirm availability of pet friendly room the receptionist was very helpful and reserved me a room on the ground floor with a patio so I could let my dog out when needed. Room included water and food bowls, poop bag and treat. Overall a great place to stay. Since I have stayed here several times before I was given an upgrade to my room; nice to be recognized. Did not partake of breakfast offered.

Long line up for check in at 3:00PM and only one desk clerk on duty made it a lengthy process resulting in me being late for an appointment. Additional costs for pet stay not included in Booking.com rate so it was not as good a deal as I expected

Found this gem of a place accidentally. It's on a busy corner, but we found that by bedtime, it's quiet. Staff were all very friendly. Big rooms and beds were very comfortable. It's an older place but clean and cared for. Breakfast is included and provides a nice selection of food options. Price was great, and we'll be making this our hotel of choice whenever we're in Kelowna.

We checked a bit late but the desk clerk ( Kris )was amazing. He was very helpful and friendly. There is no elevator but the hotel is only 3 stories so walking up the stairs was no problem. The room was clean, had nice toiletries, good air conditioning, a balcony, pool and the coffee in the room was good! (unlike some hotels). The included breakfast was great..lots of variety! The cleaning staff we met in the hallway the next morning were happy and smiling. At checkout Kelli was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed the sundeck and the gardens were pretty. Felt safe. Loved that they kept some of the original decor like the yellow bathrooms with the retro tiles! Sad we missed the pool (closed) but hot tub and sauna were open. Decent continental breakfast ( hard boiled eggs, croissants, Eggo waffles), yoghurt)

The Dilworth Inn was close to most of the places in town. The rooms were clean The staff members were generally helpful and cordial The indoor pool, breakfast and hot tub were great additions

The amenities were a bit dated, it's cozy and I think this look can be appreciated because everything works even though they may appear antiquated. I think an iron and a small ironing board could be added to the room.

I really enjoyed my stay here. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire Inn was clean, tidy, and well maintained. I didn't get a chance to use the pool or jacuzzi but these were also very clean, and quite large. Our room was spacious and well equipped. The location is also very central and convenient! For such a good price, this can't be beat. A great option for couples or families needing a good base in Kelowna!
