The host was very polite and helpful....

I liked the location... The rooms and the cleanliness.... Only thing that was a bummer was the breakfast... We cam around 9 am and there was nothing hardly left... The cook was present and we asked is there anything esle to eat... She flat out said no.... Let me be frank I'm a cook... And if you guys close 930am...there shouldn't be no reason why you can't cook or top up the breakfast area.. It was 9am we got there... So that isn't any reason why....

I loved the pool and the courtyard. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and had air conditioning. I also loved the breakfast being included. It was a good start to our day. Next time I will ask to be in the courtyard because it was really very nice 😊

The way the breakfast is set up it tends to get very congested in the corner where the coffee and juice are. Because of the pancake machine and people are waiting for their pancakes (even though it is only two minutes) it tends to get backed up in there. We were there for four days and each day there were long lineups.

The room was very clean and well appointed for what the hotel is. The beds are very comfortable. They’ve done a decent job with cosmetic touches to the overall hotel but there are still a few details that need to be touched up

The housekeeping staff have no idea just how loud they are when they’re yelling back and forth from room to room while doing their jobs. They slam doors and bang around with no regards to people that may still be in their rooms and maybe trying to sleep in while staying there. And due to a language barrier it’s not possible to explain to them that they’re being too noisy

The staff are really very helpful. I needed a luggage cart because i have carpal tunnel at the moment and carrying things is hard; there weren't any in the usual spot so they called someone to find me one asap (which he did) then they asked another staffer to accompany me to my vehicle to help me, which I declined but it was very nice of them! Three young women, all taking good care.

This is not at all the fault of the property but I wish people would not yell at each other from both ends of a hotel hallway. There are people behind all those doors! Lots of kids running up and down the halls too, which is a bit more understandable, but the adults really should know better.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I liked having the body wash, shampoo, etc. in the shower. The room was very clean. The breakfast is basic but the food was good. I should have been more specific of my mobility limitations as the room was on the second floor, quite a distance from the elevator. The front desk tried to accommodate but was unable to.

The biggest problem is the toilet it is too short for any adult who will have problems using it. It reminds me of an elementary school toilet for kids. The last room I had stayed in May the toilet was a proper height.

There is an ice machine and an elevator, which makes access very convenient. There are plenty of parking spaces, and the air conditioning works very well. The room was very clean and fresh, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The swimming pool was excellent — our whole family really enjoyed it.

The breakfast area was too small, with barely any space to move. We had to wait a long time to use the toaster and pancake machine. There were too many people, and the food was not replenished quickly enough.

Staff was truly friendly and accomodating. Answer questions promptly. No excuses, just very helpful. For example: when asking for the washroom, in the main entre, it was under repairs, and they promptly took me to their own staff facilites, without making a big deal put of it. For a traveller, one is already overwhelmed, and it's nice for a professional person to take care of you. Breakfast was plentiful!

We arrived late in the night, due to Airport delays, and I did not want to make a noise. My suitcase was clanking on the sidewalk, sorry sleeping people!

room was nice and modern. beds were comfortable. if you're looking for a quality stay at a good price in kelowna, this Is a good option the breakfast was acceptable for a free continental breakfast, pretty much what I'd expect. bacon, eggs, pancakes, toast, and a small selection of fruits and baked goods. the breakfast room isn't as small as people made it out to be in the other reviews, but it was busy. so I just took the food back to my room it's more of a motel than a hotel, but the parking lot I private and the property is well kept, so it feels more like a regular hotel

while it's not a total dive, there are a few things that could be improved. The room was clean enough, but the bathroom/shower area could have used a little more attention The ice machine in the main area of the hotel was broken, and the only other machine I could find was a crusty old one out in the courtyard area, and the ice tasted off staff was nice when I could find them, but I did have to wait a while for someone to show up at the desk a couple of times

The check in person gave us some fruit and yogurt when we checked in which was really appreciated as we had an early flight to catch, thank you

There was a gravel truck outside our room with the engine running for nearly 30 minutes at 2:30am approximately. We had an early start and were disturbed. The guy was shouting about getting a room and was obviously unsuccessful as when we left at 4:00am he was nowhere to be seen

Comfortable bedroom, with big beds, clean sheets and towels, shower had good pressure. There were free toiletries, coffee machine and a mini fridge. Breakfast was really good, they had toasts, jams, peanut butter, butter, syrup, muffins, pancakes, cereal, juice, tea, coffee, apples. Breakfast area is pretty busy after 8am, but if you go earlier (we went around 7am) and there were only us. Nice staff, free parking, close to coffee shops, groceries and restaurants.
