I like the pool, but it opends at 10:00 am and the check out is at 11am, it would be nice it it opens earlier so the kids can enjoy it before we leave. The beds are very comfortable and the size of the room is good.

I am not sure if it was my luck, In the room there was a big mold stain on the ceiling and it smelled like mold, it took us a long time to get used to the smell.

I've been coming there 5 years in a row, and the hospitty is just beautiful. The rooms are nice. I'm always by the pool and they always accommodate me. Great bunch of people, very super nice, and the breakfast is great. There's one lady in particular that every year, I speak to wishing you all the best and thank you for your kindness. You're a beautiful woman

I am a senior, I made a mistake booking our room for the wrong day with Super 8, Super 8 staff and Booking.com staff easily and quickly corrected my mistake, with no extra charges, and I will always be very thankful to both of these companies for their help. Our room was very clean, and modern and breakfast was very much appreciated. Thanks for all your help.

I absolutely loved this motel, and will make this our regular stay from now on. Staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room, while not huge was super comfortable. I loved that there was a pool and hot tub there. We utilized that both nights we were there. The hotel was easy to find and close to other amenities. This hotel also accepts pets, if you are traveling with one.

I really don't think there was anything I didn't like about this place.

We loved the included breakfast in the morning. A lot of options and complimentary tea and coffee. We also really enjoyed the heated pool and spa. Both were very clean and well maintained.

I didn’t know how to get hot water in my room for tea. Maybe a small kettle would be handy in the room.

Great little hotel with very comfortable beds, breakfast. Loved the pool with the hot temps. Convent location. Very good value for money.

The bathroom soap dispenser was broken an not useable. But we adapted with our own supplies.

We just got married and went to Kelowna for our mini honeymoon. We stayed at Super 8 by Wyndham and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice, the room was clean and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and free parking was a bonus.

When I arrived early and inquired about how much it would cost to checkin early the front desk staff was rude and abrupt. She was not helpful nor informative.

Easy to access the room from parking. Good breakfast with some, but limited gluten-free options restaurant chains need to do more to provide options for gluten free necessities.

Having a better way to contact one staff member with questions if you misplace something where you can double check their lost and found would be helpful. I have called several times and always get another person with difficulty in following up. Item was lost outside, not in the room to my knowledge.
