I am a senior, I made a mistake booking our room for the wrong day with Super 8, Super 8 staff and Booking.com staff easily and quickly corrected my mistake, with no extra charges, and I will always be very thankful to both of these companies for their help. Our room was very clean, and modern and breakfast was very much appreciated. Thanks for all your help.

I absolutely loved this motel, and will make this our regular stay from now on. Staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room, while not huge was super comfortable. I loved that there was a pool and hot tub there. We utilized that both nights we were there. The hotel was easy to find and close to other amenities. This hotel also accepts pets, if you are traveling with one.

I really don't think there was anything I didn't like about this place.

We loved the included breakfast in the morning. A lot of options and complimentary tea and coffee. We also really enjoyed the heated pool and spa. Both were very clean and well maintained.

I didn’t know how to get hot water in my room for tea. Maybe a small kettle would be handy in the room.

Easy to access the room from parking. Good breakfast with some, but limited gluten-free options restaurant chains need to do more to provide options for gluten free necessities.

Having a better way to contact one staff member with questions if you misplace something where you can double check their lost and found would be helpful. I have called several times and always get another person with difficulty in following up. Item was lost outside, not in the room to my knowledge.

Location was perfect to rent a vehicle also they called taxis when needed, bed comfy pillows too very clean nice to have fridge and microwave, very friendly, will stay again in April.

The carpet could be cleaned.

(Disclaimer: I cannot speak about all rooms at this hotel) After reading all the negative reviews we knew what to expect, but we only needed a bed and a shower for 2 nights. But we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Very clean hotel entrance area, very friendly receptionist, very clean room, when we entered the room, it had a nice clean smell (not perfumed at all). We stayed in what it looked like a renovated room, modern look, new tiles in the shower and new bathtub and I think new water saving toilet. Just the walls seemed to have been missed in the renovation as they looked like they were from the 80s. Shower pressure for the morning shower was awesome. Continental breakfast was great and we used real metal cutlery and real plates. Breakfast items were constantly refilled by a staff member. The hotel is steps from the highway with heavy traffic, but the new double pane windows in our room provided some noise relief. So if you are looking for a quiet place to sleep this hotel is not for you. You will always hear the highway traffic.

Nothing, all in all a very pleasant stay and we were worried for nothing. This Super 8 isn’t as bad as it is reflected in the negative reviews.

Kind and courteous staff

Did not know there was a pool at that location and never got told until we started walking around 2 days before our trip ended

Breakfast was good, with variety. The fixtures in the bathroom were new and clean. The entire room was spacious and immaculately clean. The bed offered excellent comfort. The staff, Maria, on eve shift and the young woman on day shift, went out of their way to accommodate us.

That recyclable breakfast containers, paper and compost were not separated for recycling

Pretty good value for Kelowna in summer. Breakfast offered a variety of choices, although not extensiive. Room was clean, and stuff was in good working order. Wifi strong and reliable. Bed was very comfortable!

Felt crowded. Hard to stay out of other guests' way. Neighborhood had little to recommend itself either esthetically or in terms of nearby services and attractions. Reception tone was more officious and businesslike than warm and welcoming. Unit, at least ours, was on the small side. A/C was set for loud, noisy and strong airflow. Ended up unplugging it.
