The staff were a positive highlight of the trip. We were booked into the wrong room due to a Booking error and the receptionist did his best to find a solution, offering a sizable discount and eventually moving some stuff around to ensure we got the correct room, all in all acting with commendable grace and professionalism. The room we got was pretty nice. A bit old but cozy and with two large beds. Very chill atmosphere outside that feels kind of like a neighborhood. Well maintained grass, a nice pool and very peaceful. There is also a laundry room with an ice machine for drinks. It is also very easy to get downtown as it is located within less than 10 minutes of the frequent bus 97.

The rooms, while cozy, might need renovating soon. The indoor pool and hot tub were closed while I was there but honestly the outdoor pool served its purpose well so not the biggest deal

Nice layout with the chalet for opening onto the grassed courtyard, kept tidy and green. Chalet was adequate size with a nice shower / bath. Despite being close to the main road, it was quiet in the room. Bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. Kitchen was adequately stocked for some home cooking. We found 3 buses into town with one making the journey in about 20mins, so it was easy to get to downtown for a nice meal and drink. Staff were brilliant and helpful.

Bit sad the outside pool was out of action Place felt like it was not being invested in so some aspects were a little lacking.

Expectations were moderate for a 3 star rating. I picked it for location and price. The rooms back on 2 separate separate courtyards - one has the outside pool and is closer to the busy intersection of Hwy 97 & hwy 33. The back one (where we stayed) is very quiet with lots of shade from a huge tree and is behind the office and indoor pool. All? / most? rooms back on one of these courtyards. It was very nice to sit outside in the evening and morning in the shade - out of the heat and no road noise. Very close to a great breakfast at the JAMMERY on Harvey ave!

The bathroom needs to be renovated (#312) - old tub has several chips in the enamel and the corner grout is black. Also the toilets need to be changed to comfort height. Also, there is NO outlet near the beds - this needs to be added for phones please.

We had the double room with the kitchen. We rented 2 of these for all of our family. In the middle of Kelowna. But you can not even see the highway .. So much beautiful green space. Lots of room for children to play. The pool was amazing. They cleaned it at least 2 times a day from the leaves falling in from the the beautiful trees.. The staff was so friendly.. They have ice machine.. Bbq. Laundry room. Toys for the pool and games .. Playground. Lots of tables and chairs. Flower gardens some with fountains. Great security... Made sure that only guest of the motel were on site. I saw one guest rented it to have there birthday party there.

Well kept garden, good spacious and clean rooms, more than enough swimming pool

Some of the staff were a bit standoffish! The cola machine is at the property but wasn’t working well. When informed staff they were a bit rude that deal with the cola company directly it doesn’t belong to us. But a tourist is not going to ask a vendor why something is not working, it should be the responsibility of the property but their reply and accepting feedback was a shock. But the staff different at check in was very polite and nice.

We stayed in a family suite with kitchenette, nice room big space to accomodate a big family or a group of friends. It had 3 bed and 1 sofa bed. Bed and pellows are soft and comfortable. I like that we can make our own meal inside the room. Also the place has plenty of facilities to utilize with all guest.And most of all staff are very friendly and polite

The place is a bit old and outdated but still very accommodated and in the middle of the city.

Previous reviews advised that the resort was older and less modern than others. We agreed; however, for the 8 hot August days we spent there, the AC was 100% working and very cool, the outdoor pool was available every day, the indoor pool and hot tub were fully operational, and there was no significant late-night or early morning noise. For us, it represented excellent value for money We also appreciated that room service did a great job!

As others said, it's a little older and in the process of repairs and maintenance. As we left, the outdoor pool had to be taken offline because some kids are peeled off some loose tiles, making the pool unsafe. Yes the tiles should have been secured, but also: kids peeled off tiles. Parents!

Beds were comfortable. Quiet location with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was closed during our stay. It was exactly what we needed in a difficult time (during the state of emergency due to summer fires). Flights were cancelled and we needed a single night stay before catching a ride to YVR. There were not many accommodation options still available so we appreciated getting this one. A clean and safe solution.

We were only there for a short time and could not make use of facilities.

Theres a two swimming pool indoor and outdoor which is good. And we had a balcony in the back. The pool water is warm thats a great job you’re thinking about your guest.

We are 4 person but only 2 towels they give us. Please check how many guest checking in and communicate with your housekeeper.

The place was a little run down, but it is a great bargain. Rooms were large and comfortable. The outdoor was very large, and green. Tons of tables and chairs, a pool, large trees, a playground, bbq, badminton net. Lots of room. Staff was friendly. I look forward to returning.
