The sandman staff were excellent, they were so kind and accommodating, they made the stay there the best part! The location was great! It was unfortunate that the pool was out of service as we were excited for that, but the hot tub was opened and we used the gym too! It’s a very nice bonus to have those amenities. The bed was comfy and so were the pillows. I’ll be staying there again when I come back, i recommend!

The size of our room was too small for a couple who are there for more than a night. It didn’t fit our suitcases and we had to keep them on the balcony. I felt pretty claustrophobic which has never happened to me before. It having an balcony inside of the pool area and the room having no windows made it feel really weird. If the blinds weren’t closed anyone in the pool area could see inside our room. If I got put in a room like that again I would immediately ask to switch. The pool was closed due to maintenance issues and there was no elevator. We had to carry our suitcases and bags up to the third floor.

that the staff was able to move me to a different room when I could not sleep in the room I was first assigned. I am most grateful that could sleep in the new room.

the first room I was in faced the pool and air conditioner accessed the pool area, which brought in moisture and the room was very musty, my allergies were quite bad due to the mold in the room. I was in the city for work and needed to get my sleep. the noise in the hallway did not let me sleep either.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing.

The only problems I had was the TV remote didn't work properly. The front desk staff was very friendly upon check-in, but a bit unclear on directions to my room. I was in the tower and had to go back to get better directions, but it may have been just me not paying enough attention.

Liam…the guy on the front desk was friendly and helped us out in many ways…even gave us a free upgrade to the tower suite which was spectacular. The place is surgically clean and even the bar tender girl was friendly…we didn’t use the pool, sauna etc, but they looked inviting…would come out of my way to stay again.

I liked the view of the pool from our room. Denny's being attached to it was nice and convenient. The staff was incredible. Went out of their way to change our rooms so it was more of a walkable distance for me.

The color of the rooms. I dislike the dark grey. Everything is so dark .Can't see if things are clean or not.

Accessible, near to most of the attractions, Front Desk Jane did an exceptional job in extending her help for us. Jane offers us so many things even putting us in the rooms where there is sliding doors going to the pool and hot tub. Jane was so helpful, she went above and beyond to help us

Basement rooms are not accessible from the elevator, you have to cary all your stuff up the stairs

Changes to daily room turn overs, we didn’t understand… didn’t get service so had to ask for more shampoo/conditioner/soap and to remove towels & replace with new ones.

The whole experience was above and beyond first time in last 22 years of traveling that I have to answer all was above and beyond

Centre of town, comfortable bed and very clean room. We had just returned from Europe and this hotel was a breath of fresh air since we stayed in many hotels with questionable standards. it was nice to have a clean room and a comfortable bed for the first time in weeks. We also appreciated the Denny’s being right inside the hotel and made breakfast very easy.

We were located right over the pool and a large sports team was very noisy using it at night (we were trying to sleep early due to jet lag). That is no fault of the hotel, but if you’re looking for a good nights rest I would ask to be located away from the pool.

The room was clean and painted nice colours. It was very quiet. TV worked. It was dark the way we like it.

The air conditioner didn’t work. Just the fan was on. And the blanket was too warm for this time of year.
