This place is a little gem in a beautiful location. Lovely clean rooms. Our host was fantastic and very friendly. We had some of the best food in the restaurant and breakfast was excellent 😋. Wish we could move in.

The rooms are very nice, quiet and clean. I really think they are outstanding. The service is also very friendly. The restaurant associated with the hotel is fine but not amazing. It has a bit of a 1990s flair and there are not enough healthy and vegetarian food options.

The location was wonderful. Next to the castle and near by several small nice towns. Additionally, the owner of the property and the staff are really friendly.

Amazing location in the beautiful area of Ladis-Fiss-SerfUs! perfect for families with young (and older) kids. our suite was very spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. Our host, Tom, was very helpful and kind.

owner was awesome, super friendly and great sense of humour, spoke English as well, very easy going, hotel atmosphere was awesome, very Tirol alpine like feel, clean, right next to castle, great mountain views, lots of parking space

We loved everything from the design of the hotel, Ladis itself, SFL ski resort infrastructure and great people that work there. The breakfasts were excellent. Wish we could come back soon. Thank you for having us!!!

What a lovely hotel. It has such a warm feel to it. The location is also magnificent! Just next to the castle, overlooking the pond. I loved the style of decoration, not too much fuss, very comfortable and stylish. The staff was wonderful. Bunch of Tiroler guys with bright smiles.

What is there not to like the people are awesome the place is amazing. The food is scrumptious. And the views are breathtaking. Thomas is an extremely knowledgeable guy! And a real character - loved him to pieces. Everything about everything is just easy.
