The location is spectacular, set in a national park with views of Monserrat. It would be a perfect spot for a wellness retreat. The whole atmosphere exuded rustic charm, calmness and tranquillity even down to the roosters giving one a lie-in, if needed, and not starting to crow until at least 10.30am. The décor is different, unique, refurbished with respect to its historic origins yet the bedrooms and bathrooms have all the modern facilities that you would hope for. The communal areas, especially the kitchen are an added bonus. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The main manager/greeter and receptionist of 'La Frasera' speaking excellent English. The breakfast included was a simple but varied continental buffet raised in quality by the fact all was clearly fresh that morning and home grown, including cheeses from their own factory, and local cold meats. You could even boil up their freshly harvested hens eggs.

I cant think of anything. I loved it all.

Everything: the nature there was wonderful, the place was super comfortable and cozy and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a power outage at the apartment we booked so we got a better apartment for free. The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was beyond expectations: very comfortable and it had amazing views to Montserrat.

The only minor thing that comes to mind is that we'd have preferred to get a few more "hot" food options during breakfast (like scrambled eggs or fried ham). Everything else was great.

It is located in countryside so you have all the joys there. We didn't meet our hosts,since it's mostly self-service and it's used as a retreat for families with small kids. So if you don't like their voices, you should skip typical vacation times. The house itself is charming and well equipped and it runs on solar energy, and those views 🤩

Due to the solar energy the water takes very long(like 5 minutes) until it gets warm. Otherwise nothing i can say about bad things ☺️

We stayed at La Frasera Alojamiento Rural for one night with our dog, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The accommodation itself was charming, clean, and cozy, with all the comforts we needed for a relaxing night. What really stood out was the hospitality of the owner who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and were incredibly welcoming towards our dog, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It's always a pleasure to find such pet-friendly places! Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend La Frasera Alojamiento Rural to anyone looking for a quiet and warm retreat, especially if traveling with a pet. We hope to visit again!

We stayed in the large apartment. It was generally well equipped, spacious, and had great views. We had breakfast one morning which was good. The dogs and cats around the place were friendly, but well-behaved. It's a farm-style accomodation, so the grounds are not manicured, but it was still a very pleasant location.

There was no A/C. While the thick stone walls and higher altitude helped keep temperature in the rooms moderate, it still got a bit stuffy in the night.

The place was very friendly. Cute cat and dogs. We loved being in the middle of the countryside. I liked the central area on the top floor, like a place stopped in time. Convenient to have breakfast included.

Because hot water is solar it took a good 10.min for the shower to heat up and it was still just warm. The rooms were very clean and newly renovated, but very IKea looking. I chose the place because it looked rural. So I would have liked to have some typical spanish countryside details in the room too.

We loved it all! Wonderful place in the countryside with plenty of paths for hiking. The rooms very recently refurbished, very comfy and modern and ours had a view towards the hills. Breakfast was served every morning with fresh products, eggs, cheese, coffee, sausages, ham, yoghurt. Just what you needed to start a day of walking. The owners/staff were so welcoming and accommodating, from the time we arrived we wished we had booked more days. Will definitely return. Its a gem.

Fantastic rural farm experience. Owners were super helpful. Check in process was self service and very clear. Fridge with food and drinks available for purchase at a self service style - very nice touch. Farm produce available also. Views are beyond beautiful and the walls around were great. We enjoyed a drink, with games whilst watching the sunset from the grounds. Dogs welcomed, and there are 2 dogs living there. They joined us whilst walking our dog.

We just wanted a little bit of quiet and rest, which is exactly what we got! It's close to Montserrat and Barcelona. The view of the mountains, as well as the whole property is beautiful. They have dogs and cats who are very friendly. Plenty of parking. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. We had to leave early, so they offered us breakfast before 8:00 (which is the usual time it starts), there were lots of choices and it was super delicious!

Only that we arrived too late, so we didn't have dinner here, and we only stayed one night. But definitely coming back and for longer!

The hospitality of the staff was exceptional. The property has a lot of charm. It’s typical agricultural establishment when a friendly dogs and cats will follow you around. The room we stayed was very quiet, clean with simple decor. Continental breakfast (included in the room price) was very satisfying. If you don’t feel like driving in the evening you can also book a dinner. Expect a simple, very tasteful home made food .

The only thing I’d mention is the spare blanket. It was quit old and probably wasn’t washed for some time.
