The room was lovely, with a view out to the local mountains. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were really helpful and when we arrived early they allowed us to leave luggage before our room was ready. Later, any enquiries we had were handled swiftly, patiently and efficiently. The building is a wonderful example of modernity and tradition living side by side. The outdoor heated swimming pool, drawing on the thermal springs in the town, (included in the price of the room) was the highlight of the experience. Twenty lengths and I was a new man! We only tried the "taster" of the Spa, but that was great, so we plan to return for the full treatment one day.

We didn't discover how to lower the temperature of the central heating in the room at first (it's a remote control on the wall) so we were a bit too hot on arrival, until we opened the window. But later we found the remote and sorted the problem out.

EVERYTHING!!! This hotel is truly a gem! If you have a car (or bike) this is an excellent alternative to Barcelona which is quite overpriced. It is located just 30 min drive to all the main attractions of the city. It can be quite difficult to access with the GPS but after you arrived the first time, you can find your way there. Plus, it has a private secure car park which is not too expensive. We will definitely come back especially because the town, "Caldes de Montbui" is very very quiet. Highly recommend. Furthermore, the rooms are huge, bigger than some flats.

The hotel occupies the whole block in the city, it is closed and secured. Inside you can find a nice garden, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, sitting area, parking. The area is nicely organised. Even through you find yourself in the very city center, the area is quiet with some tourist attractions as well as a cafe and a convenience store just in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable! The breakfast can be added the very morning if you wish to take it.

I did not find a toilet brush in the bathroom and had to rely on the cleaning lady every day...

Everything - this Hotel is beautiful and amazing. The pool is great, and easy to access. The staff is helpful and speaks many languages, and the area of the Caldes is dreamy. I much recommend this hotel.

Some instances the cleaning staff were a bit pushy to get into your room, but understandably they're doing their job.

The property is unique and has a lot of charm. It includes a lot of antiques, which is great. The swimming pool area is very nice surround by beautiful nature. The only negative was the front desk lady in the evening. She was not friendly. The one that worked the morning session was very nice and helpful.

It really was different experience, the whole hotel is furnished with interesting antique decorations. About the room - it is satisfying. Staff is very polite and friendly.

The parking spot isn’t included in the price and there is no free parking spaces near the hotel.

The pool was awesome; the hotel itself looks ace from the outside and parts of the inside are gorgeous. Our room was in a newer part so it was not particularly exciting or in keeping with the hotel front sadly. It had aircon, useful during summer!

The lady at reception was ok but I felt like we were an inconvenience whenever I asked something. Could have been nicer. Aircon was noisy on and off so not ideal overnight.

Beautiful hotel with so much charming decor. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool very much! Our very spacious quadruple room had an amazing view and terrace and was so comfortable. Great massages available on site!

We were cold at night and didn't know that blankets were kept in a cupboard in the room. Our other family members (in the next room) found the room too hot

Great place to stay near Barcelona, have free parking nearby, inside and outside pool is great.

The reception told me they have upgrade the room, but there’s no cup, no kettle no mini bar no tea bag nothing..
