Great comfy bed, HUGE room, excellent location (plenty of restaurants and markets around) and just a few meters to the historical center of the town.

The spa and pool wasn't available even if the weather was quite warm. Most facitlies were just not working, what is a bit disappointing. Also the rooms need some maintenance. The check-in experience was so-so ( they told me I should had received a code via email but I hadn't received anything).

I was astonished by the room and the bath tub. The room was HUGE for what one could expect from a 3* hotel. Extremely comfortable beds, and also a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi-like tub that we enjoyed a lot. The neighbourhood is lovely and, while we didn't try the hotel's restaurant, we found an excellent cheap yet tasty restaurant (at the Centre Cívic i Cultural) just a few meters from the hotel. Also the hotel itself is offered as a spa service but we didn't have the chance to try it.

There was nothing I disliked. When you have such a beautiful room paying just a fraction of what you'd expect, there isn't much left to complain about. I will stay at this hotel during my next visit to

The pool has a great view, the room is big, the Whatsapp communication works really well

They should clarify on Booking that the Spa is closed/not covered by the standard fare, there is no one to ask in person (everything is covered via Whatsapp), the TV was not a SmartTV and they could not provide a HDMI cable

The location is excellent and the hotel is a very nice building with a garden. Everything looked very well.

The online self service checking was an abnoxius process. I'm a fully digital person but this was an absolutely horrible Customer Experience. We stayed 25 min in front of the hotel door filling forms and stuff on the mobile and asking other guests. We got the entry code late, it was not working, a hassle. Automation is fine when done well and really easy. This was not.

The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had a huge room and bathroom in very good condition. The spa is lovely, absolutely loved it, so relaxing. It is an old style with separate small rooms, each with a different thing - one with Jacuzzi, one with steam room etc. It was a fantastic experience and would recommend.

The breakfast was nice, nothing wrong with the food provided, the only negative is as I am vegetarian there was not as much choice for me. This is quite usual though so I wasnt surprised but would be nice to have some more options.

Property very clean and quiet.

No staff. It was virtual. May not be for everyone if you want help and to talk to someone. You can email, but for someone senior on their own may not be suitable.

A great location right in the centre of the town, we were at the back of the hotel, with views across to hills, and the room was quiet. Given we were there at the start of great Fiesta Major that was a real bonus. The room was large and bed very comfortable. Looked a bit dated, likewise the bathroom, but well-maintained.

Staff were very kind, especially the lady with short hair. We were allowed to check-in earlier than we were supposed to, which we're very thankful for. The hotel is very quiet at night and we got a great night sleep. It is very well located, merely a 10 minute walk from the town hall and touristic places. It wasn't our first stay in this hotel and we will definitely be returning again soon.

For its location, it was great value for money. The weather was rather cold and grey but I can imagine that the little courtyard in front of the hotel is a great place to be in the evenings.

Just a little underwhelmed by the general ambience in the Spa facilities, although again it was not overpriced.

The beds were super comfortable .The room was clean and modern . very convenient for us as we were going to the Spanish Grand Prix . The little town is lovely .
