Clean and modern rooms. Staff is nice and informative. Beds are comfy and room design feels more premium than what you would expect from a budget hotel. It is great that the hotel is pet friendly as well

PARKING!!! they charge extra for the underground parking that first of all remains open so there's not much protection as one may expect, and secondly parking spaces are not even suited for a Fiat 500. All columns have scratches all over. PLEASE FIX THIS or at least inform guests that medium cars don't fit... large I don't even want to mention, it is just impossible

very clean rooms and public areas , very friendly staff . Nice little restaurant with fairly good options and open till 2200 . Breakfast was ok . I will use it again . I would imagine it's quite noisy and busy when race days etc are on but otherwise lovely and quiet in the evenings

Although there is underground parking there is only limited space at ground level for taller vehicles and larger vans would have to park on another car par area opposite the hotel . I wouldn't have been happy leaving it there . It's right beside the race track on one side and an industrial area on the other which may put people off

Friendly staff. Ample and clean rooms with nice service. Breakfast was good and great value for the price paid.

The hotel location was very inconvenient. This is located in an industrial area therefore there's nothing around like shops or restaurants. The bus stop is not far from the hotel but the bus only runs every hour even in peak summer time and there's no signs or updated information about it so you might be waiting for a bus that is delayed. Taxis and ride apps are not an option as they don't even come close to the hotel. Unless you are going to see the Grand Prix is not worth the trouble.

Although we arrived too late for the restaurant, the chef rustled up a delicious fresh cooked pizza. This set the tone for the stay. The staff were really friendly. For the MOTOGP it was perfect 👌 shout out to Maria and Emanuella 😍👍

For the price, location and how busy it was ( unexpectedly so due to the last minute change of track for the MOTOGP because of Valencia flooding) I can’t fault it

Location was fantastic - literally 30 minutes in to hospitalet. Was absolutely perfect couldnt fault it. Easy, no stress. Plenty of parking, shower was fantastic Nice coffee, and the morning staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful. I have on going work in Barcelona from now onwards and will continue to stay at this hotel every couple of weeks as price and location just fantastic

Location of property to track for race events. The property was clean and the staff was very friendly. Onsite restaurant was nice for breakfast and dinner after long days at the track.

Would like to have a store onsite with hair products and other basic toiletries.

The new hotel, open for 1 week. Very clean and comfortable. Good location, relatively close to the airport. It is located in a commercial area with a restaurant, Lidl store and shopping area

What should be improved: - the transfer to the airport is only after 6 o'clock in the morning - the position on the map (waze, googlemaps) is not correct and you drive around a bit until you find the entrance. - signs for direction to the entrance

Love this hotel, it's very comfortable, the staff are so friendly and helpful and a real credit to Ibis Hotels. We had our dog with us and there was a great place across the road to walk her. The restaurant is reasonably priced and the food is very tasty. The hotel has secure parking outside the front door and there was plenty of parking area on the road outside the hotel. Will definitely stay here again when we are next travelling in Spain.

Don't try and park in the hotel's underground car park if you have a car any larger than a mini, it is really difficult to get your car in or out!

perfect stop for a rest bite whilst traveling through Spain easy to get to and only just off the motorway the bar restaurant was simple but nice food was very well cooked brilliant tapas the staff were very welcoming and friendly breakfast was nice and simple good value all in

the rooms we had were yet to be refurbished which was underway

We really liked the attached restaurant because there's no other restaurant nearby. This hotel has the typical Ibis standards with comfortable beds, a mini bathroom and free secure parking underground (height ca. 2m).

The shower temperature was a bit unstable.
