The staff is amazing! Everybody is kind and fun. Estera, the receptionist, is an amazing person who nade me feel comfortable and I had some good quality conversations with her. The bartender makes such a good Earl Gray with milk and a pinch of vanilla. I came with a little girl and the hotel is 100% procent babyfriendly. The playground is safe and new. The pool is too deep for non swimmers kids, but the staff, Mihaela, entertained my child while I dived a little bit. The food is good and diverse. The bed is king size and I totally loved it.

The swiming pool was outside of the building- in other location.

Checking-in start time advertised on Booking.com and shown on the confirmation - 15:00, however, the hotel said 16:00; the receptionist that checked us in kept mentioning hotel's policy, regardless of our confirmation. We had to wait - not nice not to honour what was written. That's the only negative. The rest, great!

We are fans of Slanic Moldova and we enjoy few days relaxing here, every year. However, the resort is not developing as it should, and now the bears are also a problem... Complex Panoramic is a nice little hotel, clean and with some good views. Pro: -spacious room, nice furniture; -cute balcony with great view at park/mountain; -food in own restaurant.

It's the details that spoils the good mood. Maybe a management problem. Con: -worst pillows, almost empty, we went to town and bought 2; also the mattress is very firm, we didn't mind but some may; -2 persons, 2 beds but only 1 chair in room... we asked and reception was kind enough to send another but still, how can 2 people enjoy the wiew outside without chairs..; -i did said the hotel is clean but only on hallways (somehow the cleaning happens exactly when breakfast serving starts so the slippery floor can be a nasty wakeup); -room cleaning was terrible - we stayed 4 days during witch only 1 day was serviced with toilet paper refresh and some vacuum cleaning, no toiletries, no clean towels, etc.; also, some other they they tried to enter room at 03 pm, a usual siesta hour...; -breakfast starts at 08 am, we went and somehow we had the impression we are disturbing staff... some food arrived much later and every day something was missing, no bread first day, next is the butter, next the vegetables... food was ok, good coffee, but still...; -i'll end with another proof of unprofessionalism - they have a contest for tourists, there is a glass box with contest tickets in the lobby promoting a chance to win a car for everyone who stays 3 days at any of their hotels; guess what, they forgot to enter us...

No air conditioning at 3 stars hotel classification. The room does not have any balcony, but the price of the room is the same as others rooms with balcony.

Clean space, large bed, friendly stuff, good breakfast. Keep it up!

Too noisy. There should be a manual on how the guests should close the doors. Each time a guest is leaving the room, the locking system is making a lot of noise. If you are traveling with a small kid, it’s bothering. So there’s room for improvement.
