It was clean, staff was exceptional and it was quiet away from the main cities. The pool was great. They even have a little kitchen area, where you could cook something. And a great rooftop to see the sunset.

There is a walkway down to a black sand beach but it was littered with plastic. It was further recommended not to swim as there were rocks out there and a river flowed into the ocean right there. To get to a swimming beach you need to drive by scooter /car. Also no restaurants nearby. I was glad there was another couple there, as the night shift person left at 10 and there was no one there until 7:00 am. Next door is a hotel being built and workers are sleeping there. There was no construction site noise while I was there.

Cemagi is a surprisingly cool location..very quiet!! Once we got our bearings walking around we found some great gems for food and drinks..the wild beach, sunset Warungs, amazing breakfast cafe..the Umi is well placed for all of this. But note it is a pretty quiet location..no proper shops within walking distance only small local shops and restaurant and cafe so bring food with you! The Umi has a shared kitchenette and fridge to use but no breakfast or coffee. Pool was lovely and roof top verandha. Overall good value for money

Wish we had known how isolated it was we would have brought some supplies..but it was ok once we walked around a bit. Linen was clean but old and stained, pillows were huge and hard.

The place is in a really beautiful location. It's so quiet, which is hard to come by in this area—no construction, no traffic, and still just a short drive from nice cafés, restaurants, gyms and whatever else you need. It's also directly next to the ocean, and the hosts are the kindest and most helpful people! I stayed for several weeks in total and would come back anytime!

Very nice little place with self serve kitchen in the middle of the rice paddies. It is a very tranquil place with a pool in the center. Best visited with a car.

The place is far from everything including a grocery store, so make sure to bring food and drinks as there is no restaurant. There is a nice (upscale actually) restaurant about 15 minutes on foot, but you must walk on the narrow roads and watch out for vehicles. Would not recommend the walk at night. A car or motorcycle would be the best way to visit. We took a cab.

IT was a good value.

The kitchen dishware and supplies/equipment could be updated. The property next door played loud music on Saturday night, plus you could hear the goings on due to its close proximity.

Clean, good size rooms, friendly, helpful staff, located in a part of Bali not yet over-commercial. It's a walk to bars and restaurants but easy to get a scooter to take you or rent your own.

If I was paying 3 or 4 times more, I could find things to quibble about. But I wasn't, so I won't.

The Ume is only 6 rooms. It is very quiet and relaxed. It is close to a black sand beach which is popular at sunset.

As far as the accommodation went it was all very good. It is not walking distance from any place except the beach. This is not a complaint at all. Just a fact.

Every things was more that I was expecting,, specially Mr. Adit who was very helpful and was offering everything I need even before I ask for it.. The place was new and clean.. Wifi was the best :) and the hotel had access to a Black Sand beach which was looking amazing at Sunset

The location was a bit far away from the main street,, but if you have a scooter this would not be a problem for you

This place is amazing the pool, the kitchen, the room, bathroom. So clean, new Room is very big, with a beautiful shower, tv, clean floor and bed sheets. air con, everything was perfect! It’s literally on the beach (which is not one of the best one but it’s okay) Overall is one of the best places I’ve stayed, super chill, relaxing, and the staff is super friendly and kind ❤️

Quiet and peaceful environment. Away from all the noise. I got the relaxation I needed. Far place for someone who wants to stay far for few days.

I liked everything. Few people around and nearby local places are good.
