A private car spot near the apartments. Very clean (except the ants). The "breakfast" is refilled and trash taken out every day. A lot of space to put your stuff everywhere🙂 The whole neighborhood seems quiet, friendly and safe. Good price!

The ants. Thin walls, you hear everything from the neighbors. No air conditioning in the kitchen. No kettle for boiling water for tea. The kitchen could be bigger (or the table smaller) for 3-4 people. No one speaks English🤷‍♂️ no clear information on the check-in or check-out procedure. 0 messages from the host, which is very rare in booking.com🙂

Used as a stop-off on the way to Malta, and worked well for that purpose. A nicely maintained property and comfortable. The breakfast was a range of pre-packaged Italian breakfast pastries, but good quality and fairly standard for an Italian breakfast. WiFi worked well, without dropouts. Overall, a good stay.

It was good to have parking, but while the listing references on-premises parking, there was actually only one car-parking spot available. We used it, but if it had been taken we would have needed to part on the street (where there were spaces). Ultimately it would work better to take reservations for the parking, so it was clearer how limited it is. But if you get the parking space, it works very well, and is right beside the apartment.

It was spacious and very modern and spotlessly clean. Had all the amenities within the apartment. Definitely will come back again. Host was very helpful even though our check in was late. Ample space for parking. Area is very nice and residential. Had many sweet treats for breakfast everything was already prepared for us.

The only negative thing was that there was not a great water pressure in shower but still ok

The house is clean and very cosy. The owner left lots of food and coffee/tea for us as breakfast. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Parking space is just across the street and feels safe.

It’s not the fault of the property but if you plan to have dinner around the area, it’s not easy to find a restaurant. We only managed to find a pizza shop that sells nothing but pizza however the taste is good.

Check in was slow and not clear. The key to exit the gate was extremely difficult and needs attention .At one point we thought we were going to have to call for help.It took a good few minutes to get the gate open and with excessive effort!

Nice, new and practically furnished big room, coffeemaker, fridge, good choice of packed sweets for breakfast, good WiFi, quiet location with easy parking, check-in anytime (keybox), kind and communicative (on WhatsApp) owner, during my staying also excellent price.

The room is perfect for an overnight stay, clean and comfortable, with a basket of breakfast items and coffee pods. Parking was not a problem. A couple teaspoons would have helped with coffee and breakfast.

Exceptionally clean and modern. A pleasant addition to have a jacuzzi. There was also a sauna we didn't use. Amazing shower too! There's a restaurant close by (2 minutes walk) I'd highly recommend. It's called Fermento Ristorante di Calabria
