Breakfast is excellent Dinner is good but not so many choice outside hotel. We use the okinawa restaurant and food is good but can be crowded. Driving to nago for dinner with rental car takes 30 minutes and road quite dark. Room is large and clean. Swimming pool both indoor and outdoor are good. Beach is great and sand is good quality. We swim 2x in 5 days and sea water very fresh. Not many people use the beach. I did not play golf. Like driving aroung with the cart provided. I have an autistic boy and elderly in laws and my family of 6 stay in 3 rooms. Rooms are large and comfortable. Nice balcony. They seem to all enjoy the stay. my boy seems to like the beach, okinawa restaurant, shops, cart, and swimming pool. Staff are accomadative and pleasant. Resort not crowded.

Location a bit remote but that was understandable with the larger ground and location of the resort. I have stay in many resorts in Okinawa before over the years. This resort is among the best in quality facilities and price.

Very spacious room. We love the jacuzzi in the terrace. The beautiful view from our room makes our stay more relaxing. There are two outdoor pools free for use. The included breakfast was excellent. There are also stores and mini grocery in the area. We enjoyed the golf cart as well, perfect for strolling around the property.

The restaurant food is expensive as expected. Car access is limitted, so you need to rent a golf cart to go around, however, we enjoyed the experience although it is a bit pricey. The building that we stayed in is a bit old and there is a bad dehumidification causing the first floor hallway to be wet at all times.

The resort was lovely. We really enjoyed spending time at the beach side pool, great that babies are allowed to enjoy the pool too! The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious 😋 The balcony bath was really special, and the room was huge! We were able to have a crib in the room and borrow a pushchair which was really lovely.

The room was a little bit dated (lamps really need replacing). The resort is pretty far from anything (restaurants etc.) and the hotel restaurants are pretty pricey.

The room was beautiful and spacious, with a fantastic view. The staff were all very nice and accommodating, even to our food allergies at the restaurants, even giving is completely different side dishes that were all outstanding as if they had been on the menu!

The only thing we disliked was that it was raining one of the days and we couldn’t enjoy how perfect everything was as much. The property is fantastic!

Switching on ceremony

There needs to be more preparation for the switching on ceremony. After we reserved the ceremony I wish that I would have gotten a follow up email with more details. I wouldn’t want the surprises to be revealed, but it is too stressful to wait until 15 minutes before. Also, a cart rental should be included in the package.

We don’t usually write reviews but we wanted to write a special mention about one of your team members, Takeshi Kotaka, who was incredibly kind and attentive. He went out of his way and made our stay feel very special.

We were sad that the pools and beach weren’t open as it had been the reason for us booking our stay here.

very, very nice hotel I feel like the property itself looks much better than it has been marketed . there are four of buildings, so depends on your choice of room type. some rooms are bigger. Some rooms are smaller some face the ocean, some face the mountain/pool. really nice private beach, stars seeing activities , golf court and great options for breakfast

it is quite a distance from the airport but definitely worth the travel

Location is very good and rooms on up floors with jacuzzi on the balcony

To many rules and you need to pay for everything, also gym! Not including in the price
