I liked the location, as the hotel is directly accessible from Naha Airport (there is only a short walk to the bus stop from the hotel). There is also a supermarket, a drugstore and a convenience store in the immediate vicinity. As for the hotel itself, it was very decent for the price paid.

It's a big hotel. Located along the main road, close to the sea, can be seen from far away. Located in a good location You can easily walk to convenience stores, department stores, and restaurants around there. Inside the hotel is comfortable, there is an elevator, spacious rooms, comfortable mattresses, clean, safe, there is an onsen. I really like it. It's worth it. There is drinking water provided. Bathroom appliances are ready, good quality. There is delicious coffee to drink. Overall very good.

Good location, We didn't have access to a car but relatively easy access (only a 10-15 min walk) to bus stop to/from Naha. May be challenging if you have lots of bags but taxis are readily available Very quiet area of town, very few people on the streets even during the day. Was a nice change from the busy streets of Tokyo Easy access to all buses to get around the island Hot Springs was nice to have after a full day of activities

Very quiet area of town, will need car or taxi to get around. Felt like a deserted area of town Most Restaurants in area close before 6PM

The hotel was well located near a big drug store, many restaurants, two pharmacies and many other useful places. We were travelling by bus and it was only at 5min walking from the bus stop which takes you to all the nearby islands and attractions. It's 30min walking from Nago bus station. Google map works perfectly fine also with the bus schedule. Hotel was clean, staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious! We didn't have time to try the swimming Pool and the separate hot tub for males and female. There's no possibility to rent bikes from the hotel,but there's a hub nearby. Room was long and tight, but we have a big balcony. I would stay again in this hotel!

Quite spacious double room, considering japanese standards. The hotel has a very good location with restaurants, cafés, conbinis etc. located close by. There was construction work in progress during my stay partially blocking the view, but from what I could see, it looked very nice.

The pillow was uncomfortable, very hard. This issue is not specific to this hotel however, as many of the ones I've come across in Japan uses these types of pillows with plastic beads inside.

Very good location for those traveling by bus; big rooms, clean, with all necessary gadget. I did not have time to go to the onsen, but it sounds nice to have one in the hotel.

The breakfast is fine, but I did not like the coffee. Small thing but important for coffee lovers :)

it was a great location! very good place to base your exploration of the north of Okinawa. it has paid parking and is fairly close to bus stops and restaurants. I liked that you can choose your own pillow.

the women’s bath was fairly basic, and the drains were extremely noisy. It wasn’t very relaxing.

The morning staff was great. They found my bag (with my walker and passport:/ and kept it safe). Very clean and comfortable room, nice onsen.

The parking situation was frustrating, as there were no more free spaces and the parking/night staff over-charged me for parking, despite an email from the hotel, sent to me the previous day, stating the parking fee.

The hot spring is nice and for a 1-night stay-over, we enjoyed it!

The swimming pool is outdoors and located next to the street side. The hotel's parking lots are a bit off the hotel and placed on a public parking space. without a hotel receipt there is no way to show you are a hotel guest and don't need to pay for parking. it's a bit confusing.

The room was clean and big for Japan at that price. It was a goog location for Okinawa/Nago, easy walk into town and quickly on the main road for car/bus connections. Onsen was quiet when we went which was nice. Breakfast buffet was extra but was a reasonable price.

Onsen only had 1 pool, a cold pool or a sauna would have been good.
