washer cum dryer available for laundry room 102 has spacious bedroom (can take 4 person), living room and even has outdoor golf playing area (golf club provided) well equipped kitchen though we did not have to use it even have drying rack for laundry separate toilet and bathing area. large basin for brushing teeth next to washer.

1)will be good if there is ironing board and laundry basket 2)entrance to property not well defined and also road not brightly lit 3) road junction outside property is confusing, need to be careful especially returning at night.

The location is quite near Nago Pineapple Park and few restaurants. The facilities looks new and the carpark is big and free parking. Super value for money.

No staff at counter as you have to self check in. We got locked out on the first day when want to check in as the main entrance door was locked from inside. No room service if stay more than 1 night. The in-built GPS in car cannot find the hotel location but funny is Google map in phone can.

The room was very big ( especially in terms of Japan ) you get a great tv with very comfortable couch. The kitchen was great with everything you’ll need!! Relatively simple to check in and out Also free parking!!! Very good price!

The location wasn’t the best but we had a car so didn’t matter…

The parking lot in front of the hotel is big. The location is good. An izakaya is opposite to the hotel, and more restaurants are nearby. A convenient store is around the corner. The room n the balcony is big and clean. Washing machine n drying machine work nicely. Netflix is available.

The pillows r kinda too small and would b better to have more pillows. The bed has squeaky noise when sitting on it. There is no bedside table and the sockets are not available near the bed.

Ample parking lots and parking area is just located in front of the entrance so you don't have to drag your luggage over long distance Fuss free check in - we faced some issues with the key code but staff was able to control key box remotely so we got our room key easily. Room was spacious and provided all basic amenities. Stay was very comfortable

The service is very nice. Because of the delayed flight, we missed the first night stay, the hotel promised to make a refund. Very kind and considerate.

Difficile to find the location even with the GPS, also takes time to figure out how to check in with the tablet.

Using Google Map GPS - location showed the back side only. Had to look at the whole surrounding area and follow the roads fronting the building. Once located I adjusted the GPS reading and it was easier to locate. The building is close to shopping centers and convenience stores. The TV programing allowed me to access my own cable accounts like YouTube etc. The kitchen was well equipped.

Wish they included folding chairs so that we could sit outside on the balcony. Wish they included in the beverage dispenser located in the lobby a slot for laundry soap. I wanted to wash more than once since I stayed 5 nights. But I couldn't purchase a single laundry bag outside. So I ended up washing only once. Running the laundry machine was noisy. I could hear the machine running from other rooms below me , to the side of me and even above me. The walls are thin and not sound proof.

- we were in a corner room, so 3 windows - very nice and light and felt spacious. (Might be different with only 1 window) - self check-in was very nice. It felt like coming home and not a hotel - clean, new room - easy to understand garbage bins right in the hall - I love the open-floor concept

- no bathtub, shower only - kitchen is not equipped for those who actually want to cook. Only one small pot without a lid

Had a small kitchenette, washing machine and smart tv. But a proper laundry rack was missing, since my clothes can go in the dryer.

Location was in the middle of the island, but otherwise Nago is not worth seeing.

This was my third stay at the New Normal. The rooms are cozy and spacious. There's plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, all in walking distance. Close to Nago Bus terminal, less than a mile away. I loved using the kitchenette for days when I didn't eat out and would cook a simple meal. They have pots, dishes, and utensils for easy meals. There's a washer and dryer in each room. I would recommend this hotel for long stays.
