My first time travelling alone in the alps. The hotel is very quiet and staff were very welcoming and helped me with my questions. Good selection of breakfast in the morning before skiing. Room were big and beds were very comfortable. Very good experience for me!!!! Strongly recommend.

The water pressure can be a little bit low. But I’ve heard that this is common issue in the hotels in the area. My friend were in another hotel and she had the same issue.

Clean contemporary and spacious WC and shower. Great view from the balcony, great options for breakfast and friendly and accommodating hosts. Location is excellent, good access to the mountains for skiing, snowboarding, sightseeing and hiking. Ski room also has boot warmers/dryers

I like softer beds, but that is a personal preference. I still had no issues falling asleep.

Great location. Just at the base of the gondola to Riffelsee. Exceptionally clean, comfortable lodging. We were there in the more season when just a. few parties were present, but there was no cutting corners. They put out a beautiful breakfast with the best scrambled eggs we have had in Europe. The staff are very friendly.

Bed was perfect for me. My much bigger hubby found it a bit hard; he didn't sleep well. Wonderful hosts. Nice breakfast. Classic Tirol! Looking forward to visiting again.

The shower hot water is warm and comfortable， but the shower head gives out weak and less water. I think the hotel can improve it.
