We stayed 3 nights at the Coco jungle homestay. The owner, Phillipe suggested it to us because we'll feel more comfortable. We did feel 100% The homestay is a charming and calm place. It's perfect to relax and stay connected with the nature. It has a swimming pool too. Phillipe helped us with everything giving us advises and information about the island and places to go. We rented a scooter with him too. The room is humble but cozy. Bed is very comfortable and everything is super clean. It had AC which is a plus. We had dinner, breakfast and lunch at the place. The food was delicious. It's the place to be in Pulau Weh if you want to disconnect and have a great time with a local family.

Phillipe and his family were fantastic hosts. Very friendly & helpful -- really great, thank you! We ended up staying at their new "Coco Jungle" property due to Ramadan closures: a highly recommend upgrade. A secluded paradise. Very comfortable, great food available, spotless rooms, comfy bed, AC, pool. Pick-up/drop-off service available at fair price. Moto rentals too. Cellular internet worked good. Excellent overall value.

Clean, fabulous location, friendly owners. Authentic, peaceful village life just metres from a beach with staggeringly turquoise sea. If you want quiet, simple, island life with barely a tourist in sight Marifi foes the job perfectly. The pictures don't do it justice. The reality is much nicer.

The owner lady is lovely. When I wanted fruit for breakfast, she said the market was faraway but she took me by her motorbike to a friend's place nearby that had yummy papayas, rambutans, large grapefruit. She looked after us very well during our stay.

Too far away from conveniences. But lovely remote beach with nice warm sea that we kept on swimming even during heavy rain.

At first sieht, the guesthouse looks basic and not confy but the friendness and the kindness of the owner make it feel "like home". I had an amazing dinner with other guest. There is water to refill your bottle and a fridge if you buy fruits.

The room, facilities and location are very basic, which is reflected in the budget price. It is clean with decent air conditioning. The owner was great. Very helpful. No food nearby that I could see, so you have to self cater.

I like the owner mr Philips Marrifi, such a nice and friendly guy, simply staying at his place was fun and loved it

The property was looking like going through maintenance or remodeling so would love to see it finished

Philip and his wife make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. The room was super clean with a comfy bed. Cold water shower. They provide soap and toilet paper. All of our questions were answered, they really are a helpful genuinely wonderful couple. We had laundry done and there is drinking water provided to refill bottles. I recommend this stay. AMAZING price

The host Riza is amazing. So friendly and helpful.

Nice and quiet place. Room is very comfortable. Really relaxing. Snorkeling gear available for free.

The closest beach is actually Muslim so no bikini allowed. The food options around were pretty scarce. The communication wasn't easy as the owner only spoke a few words of English and French. Unclear communication about breakfast.
