What a pleasant surprise! I have travelled the world over, from BnB to 5-star to hostels to camping under the stars. This hotel, a repurposed soap factory, is amazing from its design aesthetics, service, expansive and excellent breakfast, fantastic lap pool and one of the best gym and spa facilities I've seen all within close proximity to town center and train. The entrance, once we found it, was beautiful and welcoming! The photos on the hotel website do not do the hotel justice. It is modern, thoughtfully designed, and the interior design from furnishings to flowers were impeccable.

We liked everything, once we found the entrance! The top of one of the old factory buildings and large old sign was visible from the rail station just a few blocks away, but on the streets where the property is located, the entrance is not marked. We chose to walk the short distance. Even GPS on the telephone did not show the entrance. So, we doubled back from one side of the building and went through an iron fenced gate into a parking lot and the entrance was tucked into the corner of two adjoining buildings.

Great gym facilities, available free parking, nice hotel in general, good service, pretty good breakfast, comfortable beds, good darkening curtains.

Very small bathroom (no place to put your hygiene/cosmetics belongings), water from the shower goes everywhere in the bathroom, hot dishes at the breakfast could vary from one day to another (we stayed there 4 days and then 6 days again with 4 days break in between and eating the same kind of breakfast for 10 days was a bit boring).

We stayed overnight before our flight. 13 minutes by car to the airport. The hotel is great - the design, the room, the bed. The shower is amazing. Many thanks to the girls at the reception. They really helped us with the rental car. The plane was early in the morning, so they gave us breakfast to take with us - sandwiches with cheese, yogurt and juice in a bag. We are not fans of dairy products, so we didn't like it. When we left, we saw preparations for a regular breakfast in the restaurant - it looked good. There was a gym on our floor - super. We definitely recommend it,

Very elegant but as well comfy. Fine decorated halls and common spaces. Enough place on terace/veranda to just relax. Really good breakfast, enough tasty fresh choices, real fine dining room. Love the big swimming pool and that it has good opening hours and that its included in the price. Liked we had 2 towels, one for the shower in the room and one for the swimming pool. The big included parking is as well a plus.

The room was too warm even with a fan. When i was there in the winter obviously there wasnt a problem, but in the few warm summer days it needs better ventilation. And maybe summer bed clothing.

The staff and the facilities were all excellent! The hotel is an old factory and they have managed to not only create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, they have done this while maintaining a lot of the feeling of the old factory. Everywhere there are pictures of activities in the old factory and it really adds to the charm!

There was nothing particular which was negative. The location is in an old industrial estate and the surroundings, while being renewed, are not so interesting.

Original room we booked was very very small. Room did not match the pictures on booking.com. Booked a Superior Queen Room but they do not have a room with this description. They said Booking.com gave it that description. We asked to change rooms due to this error. They gave us a bigger room with disability facilities without any fuss. We still they should have upgraded room to the next level but they said they were booked out. No coffee and tea facilities in room or after hours

Nice localization, around quite neighborhood, 5 min walk from the main promenade and some restaurants. Rooms spatial and very comfy with a nice bathroom. Parking space for free right next to the hotel. Breakfast very good, with a lot of options to choose And finally the reception team. Very helpful, always smiling. That was a very nice staying!!

Mattress was too soft. You felt like on water bed. We had an aearly flight, breakfest at 7 so it was too late to eat at the hotel. We got boxes with some snacks but that was it. It was not a breakfast but snacks. Very small sandwich - 1 piece, a plum, a pear and a juice. Thats it, for an adult.

Very close to the city centre, yet with plenty of free parking! The breakfast was great, and the staff were all lovely.

The pool is for adults only except certain "family hours" scattered throughout the day. And hour and a half here, an hour and 45 minutes there. I just wish they would've made it a bit easier for us traveling with kids, and just said kids are allowed until 7pm, adults only after that, or something.

Swimming pool was good. Just check the time for kids and no-kids. Gym was good. Missing some machines, but fine. Bed is good. Breakfast good. Free parking excellent. Very convenient. Personal friendly and helpful.

There was not clean in the room. Several peaces of sweet popcorn stick to the carpet. It has swimming pool, but extra towels and bathrobe will cost you 80 sek per person. And there is no place to dry towels or robe after swimming pool in the room. There was no kettle, cups and tea or coffee, but personal provided it by first request. Also elevator broken right when we were in. Good that door open, but elevator was 20 cm lower them floor. Scary. Next morning it was closed already.

Location:10 min lazy walk to the center. Elegant-big lobby/restaurant, very nicely decorated. Loved the candlelights, give such a cozy feeling. Free parking-and plenty of spaces. Big swiming pool and a cozy little sauna included in the prize, very good generous opening hours for the pool. The Rituals products in the bathroom. Very comfy bed, even the bunk one. Excellent breakfast, plenty to choose for everyone . Good storage space for clothes. The finnish sauna in the spa with the ice fountain. Big changing room. Very good ratio price/quality

The shower-would have needed a scrap for cleaning the water off the floor, otherwise it just goes everywhere . Lack of hangers-at a spa hotel every guest has at least a towel-the room towel, and the spa bathrobe. Some hooks on the hallway or a hanger or smth would be good. They would also be usefull for drying wet clothes if the weather is shifting like when we visited cause u dont want to put them in the closet (which was a big plus actually) The spa..it was nice but kind of crowded. The 2 jacuzzi fill up quick and the salt room is kind of cold, maybe it is supposed to be, i am not really sure
