In general we were satisfied! It was a moderately secluded spot, away from all the main noise coming from the road, restaurants, and the beach. So we liked it. The location was at the end of a dead-end road, so there was hardly any traffic, which was very pleasant. The hotel owner, very nice man, was all the time at the hotel so whenever we wanted something we could easily have the necessary service or response. To get in to the hotel at night time you need to have the door code(pin) or the key. People working there were very nice. Also there were two beautiful cats from the nextdoor who was sleeping the whole night before the doorway.

Nevertheless in the next hotel nearby at the kitchen there was a very noisy crew who was talking smoking and even shouting loudly. The windows had single-pane glass, which, of course, didn’t provide good sound insulation. Also the size of the bathroom was not exceptional. I would also recommend the host lay down rugs in the hallways to help with sound insulation, and follow the rules of starting cleaning strictly after 11:00 a.m. to allow late guests to sleep long normally.

Spacious clean room (cleaned each day), terrace, and private bathroom, location was great, near few good restaurants of seafood (Il Mare dal Moro, Tin Bota), also hotel is further from noisy places. Good place for a walk in the evening. Very good value for the price. Beaches are nearby and nice. Breakfast very good with scrambled eggs, yogurt and pastries, cakes, coffee or cappuccino. Friendly hosts and personnel, they have bikes to offer if you want, and really care about people staying at their hotel. Sometimes you feel like at home. I would give some stars for this hotel. I would come back and stay again.

Railway is nearby, you can hear trains sometimes during the day if you not used to, however the street is calm further from noisy places. Hairdryer could be in the bathroom, would be convenient, maybe just need to ask.

Typical Riminese Hotel, but here it is clean and the staff is really friendly. Receptionist is speaking fluent english (normaly they dont speak only italian). The Owners are allways smiling and friendly. The breakfast is a great start into the day, all you need is there, typical italian with a lot of sweets. Close to the beach and to restaurants and shop. Worth the money.

the best experience is when people you see everyday during vacation treat you well. the receptionist and especially the owners greeted us every morning and all day with smiles and ciao! it truly made us feel welcome. they make good atmosphere by their presence in the hotel. even though they don't speak English (except the receptionist) they always translate. the breakfast was SO DELICIOUS. everything was fresh&tasty every morning. I loved the italian pastry, cakes, fresh lemonades, eggs&bacon. the hotel room was as shown on the photos, very nice, small and comfortable, perfect for couples. EXCELLENT CLIMATIZATION. the beach is only 3-4min walk - BAGNO SILVANO 123 12€/day (2 sunbed&parasol) if you book 3+ days. the neighborhood is very calm most of the day, in the evening is rush around restaurants. great Italian atmosphere. they give you discount to the nearest restaurant (pictures). BIG PLUS of this hotel is they can rent you a bike for ONLY 5€/day which is crazy cheap compared to Lime bikes (bring CASH). you can bike on the bikeroad next to beach 10-20min to the center and its THE BEST THING on this vacation, you can bike anywhere. we recommend to bike to PIZZA PAPRIKA, GELATERIA LA ROMANA, REST. ROSSOPOMODORO, GELATERIA PELLICANNO VESPUCCI. we really had a great time and i will never forget this amazing vacation. thank you for having us and good luck to the owners! :)

the only surprise for me was bathroom because I never experienced this kind of bathroom (all in one), BUT EVERY MORNING the cleaning service comes and cleans and wipes floors and its really nice to see! I felt like in japan. :)

Fantastic family run hotel. Great location, close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the beach. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower and a fabulous breakfast with a wide variety of sweet and savoury, fresh fruits and home made cakes. ❤️ We had a great holiday here and would definitely recommend and would like to return. It allows earlier check in at noon instead of wait till 2pm. It is very clean, staffs are very friendly, provides kettle for hot water, hair dryer, additional warm wool blankets at no charge. Especially we have breakfast included , it serves both warm — egg omelette, sausages, ham cheese bread, pizza hard boil eggs and cold breakfast — yogurt cereal fruits, croissants, tarts cake, coffee tea cookies. Overall excellent value for our stay

Good experience. We arrived late at the hotel, at 10 pm. Mr.Binji at reception welcomed us so well. Everything in the room was clean and smelled good. The hotel is 3 minutes walking from the beach and 6 minutes walking to the bus station. The hotel has a private beach it cost us 30€ for 2 people for 2 days. The breakfast fast was nutritious ( eggs, cheese, sausage, fruits, juice, yogurt, dessert....). All the staff are friendly and helped us a lot.

The hotel is close to the train trail way. It took us a little bit of time to get used to the train noise at night. But I think this is the same situation with all the hotels near the beach side.

The hotel is exceptionally clean. They clean the room everyday. Buffet breakfast is really good. There are lot of options to choose from. Just few minutes walk from the beach. Location is peaceful a few meters away from the busy streets of Rimini. Wifi, aircon and water is perfectly working. Owners are amazing. They made us feel at home on our 4-day stay.

No exhaust on our bathroom

Extremely helpful staff, just "No stress" any time something happened in our big family (and it happened every day). Nice place just next to main street but very quite. Perfect breakfast, so many fruits!!! Recommended bagno 122 - just perfect place for family with children!

It is not hotel fail, just think about that bathroom is really very very small.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The location was good as one only had to walk a few minutes to reach everything one needed (mini supermarket, beach, city, restraints, pharmacy…). The breakfast was delicious and well-rounded.

The room was quiet small. The bathroom was confining and only carried the necessities. Everything, including the surrounding area locked old. The railroad and the neighborhood was a bit loud from time to time.
