The hotel room was simple, spacious and clean. The location is within 7 minutes walking distance from the beach and with restaurants nearby. Staff was really friendly. The family room was quiet and with a door between the parents bedroom and the children bedroom, which is very good.

The double bed was a bit uncomfortable. The mattresses were quite thin and they drifted apart during the night. Breakfast choice was extremely limited, probably because we went for the last 'shift'. Internal parking was not available and we had to park on the street. It was okay in October, but probably would be a nightmare in summer.

Staff extremely professional, friendly and accommodating

Using a regular (metal) key for room access, and only one per room, in 2023, is really [negatively] unexpected. First: if any member of the couple having rented wants to live the room, while the other is resting, there is no way to lock the door, as either the one taking the key would lock the partner inside, or the person willing to rest would have to wake up and lock (then unlock). Second: a key attached to a very heavy, impractical for carrying, piece of metal is cumbersome at best. Advice: switch to electronic keys (which you could also tie into the power system, for energy savings)

Very happy with the hotel. Stayed in a family room which was excellent. Very clean. Buffet breakfast was plentiful in choice and reasonably priced at €12.50. Hotel is ideally situated for the beaches nearby with three bus routes in the locality including one going to/from Sete railway station.

Minor gripe. I thought the €8 breakfast charge for a toddler was a bit steep. I was under the impression it was free. No other complaints if you call it that.

Room was large (we had a junior suite) and had electric shutters to keep out light and noise. Location was ok but there’s not much around, especially out of season. It’s about 30 min easy walk to the harbour. Parking was easy at the hotel but need to book beforehand. Staff are helpful.

Breakfast was ok but nothing special. It doubles up as the bar in the evening but range of drinks is limited, better off going somewhere else .

Located in a busy intersection. Really noisy as everybody seams to be driving the moped from hell 😂😂

Easy and straightforward to find, to communicate with to arrange for parking. Simple but with all we needed, everything was clean and worked. Nice Lavazza coffee machine with Lavazza pods. Lovely terrace with deck chairs, a table and chairs and an ashtray. Great shower. Bathrobes provided, really comfy and clean. Extra blanket available. Nice staff. Restaurants in close proximity. Good self service breakfast.

The room was very comfortable with an excellent bathroom. The roof top bar was outstanding! Great location very near the town beach and easy walking distance to Sète marina (Royal Canal). Very good value for money.

The decor in the public areas was a little dated but this was a very minor issue.

excellent bed, useful little fridge, very very clean. the free Wifi was good. I had to work three evenings on zoom, and had no issues. the staff is so helpful, friendly and welcoming. I really felt like they were actually happy to see me. They will actually help with any questions and issues they played classical music in the breakfast room one morning, and to me that’s just heaven. the breakfast is good and reasonably priced. the orange juice is fantastic. I loved the little terrace. there’s also a safe in the room. I didn’t use it but some might like it. the bar upstairs is quite nice. the location is a little too perfect. you could just stay in that neighbourhood and be happy. there’s an amazing restaurant nearby and I didn’t get such fantastic food anywhere else around. perfect for quiet walks along the beach or towards the town centre. the area is lively enough to be fun but quiet enough to sleep well.

it could do with a touch small touch of paint here and there, like on the bathroom door, one of the lampshades was cracked, and a new curtain rail in the bathroom, it wasn’t a big issue, I am just a stickler for small details.

The location is still perfect and the junior suite amazing. Bathroom has been renovated. It’s beautiful. You can have shower with the view on the sea from the bedroom window.

The room was open and bright, the bed very comfy and the bathroom very cute. The balcony facing the ocean had grass carpet which made it totally cozy. The rooftop bar is great, with view over this part of the city. Breakfast had all you need for the day in a small but friendly room.

The parking was a bit tight, but at least we had parking.
