We have just arrived home after six weeks in Greece and Ktima Bellou was by far our favourite stay. The peaceful location, the incredible food, the cleanliness of the property and the absolutely wonderful owners... we could not have asked for a more special stay. Every detail of the property has been thought about and handled with such care and love. Something I have never seen was the level of care as far as allergies go. Every single thing is cleaned in such a way that you feel safe while staying there. The food was all homemade in their kitchen from local ingredients and was superb. The countryside on the drive from Elassona is simply stunning (the views of Mount Olympus!), and we enjoyed exploring the surrounding villages. The gorgeous family who own and run the property are some of the most beautiful people you will ever meet. They made our holiday so very special and went above and beyond to make our stay one we will remember always. I cannot wait to return one day. An absolute ten out of ten!

We spent one day at this hotel with our family, and it was unforgettable! The cozy Greek-style room had a terrace, and the beautiful, well-kept grounds with fragrant herbs created a serene atmosphere. Our son loved watching the chickens at the hotel’s mini-farm, which supplies eggs for breakfast, adding a homely feel. We slept wonderfully on comfortable beds with lavender sachets. The restaurant’s delicious food, elegant setting, and mountain views made dinner special. Breakfast was delightful too! Thanks to the lovely owners for this welcoming place. We’ll definitely return for longer!

Nestled in the serene natural surroundings of Mount Olympus, this boutique hotel is a haven of peace, comfort, and authentic Greek hospitality. Every single detail — no matter how small — is treated with the utmost care and sensitivity. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. From check-in to departure, everything was seamless, thoughtful, and personal. It’s clear that the team here genuinely cares about their guests, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. The food deserves its own praise — absolutely delicious and crafted with love. Made from fresh, organic ingredients, every dish was a celebration of local flavors. Breakfasts were hearty and homemade, while dinners felt like fine dining in the comfort of a cozy mountain lodge. The entire property was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas. Every corner of the hotel is meticulously maintained, which only adds to the feeling of calm and relaxation. What makes Ktima Bellou truly unforgettable, though, is the warm hospitality. There’s a genuine sense of welcome that you don’t find just anywhere. Kostas and Afrodity are simply amazing — gracious, attentive, and full of kindness. Kostas’s calm and accommodating presence, paired with Afrodity’s joyful spirit and attention to detail, created a feeling of being not just well taken care of, but truly at home. Ktima Bellou is not just a place to stay — it’s a place to remember, return to, and recommend without hesitation. Breakfast was exceptional. A la carte made to order, but included in the bed and breakfast rate. Delicious Greek yoghurt, fruit, fresh orange juice and delicious omelette. So much choice. Warm welcome from Aphrodite and Costa with a mountain tea on arrival. Rooms so cute and comfortable with lovely extra touches. Cosy lounge area and a lovely outside terrace and pool with gorgeous views of the mountains. Wonderful hikes nearby. Dinner was delicious with lots of the ingredients coming from their own kitchen garden and farm. Very feasible prices. Thank you Bellou family for a most enjoyable stay.

The menu varied daily with plenty of choice and good presentation. The grounds were well kept and products sourced from the grounds were very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was casual.

The meals were expensive with no alternatives nearby. The house had a kitchen facility without utensils or equipment. There was an electric hob with no pans apparently unsuitable for cooking - why have it? The bedroom. Had too many dried flowers particularly lavender . The hotel should invest in a spa/ jacuzzi in case of bad weather. The open air pool (unheated) was nice but unusable while we were there. There was nothing to do there.

The hotel is beautifully set against the backdrop of Mount Olympus, and my room was cozy and inviting. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and lovely decor throughout the property. Aphrodite truly went the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable. She provided great local recommendations and made sure I had everything I needed, always with a friendly smile.

One note for families: while the ambiance is sophisticated and elegant, with white tablecloths and a more formal attitude, it might be more suited for couples or adults looking for a peaceful retreat.

This place was incredible. View was great; room was great; there was a fan, that was a nice touch. I loved the bathroom. The bed was so comfortable.

Only thing I can think of is that the restaurant is limited to intricate food options. If you have food intolerances this is a problem as all the options were heavily seasoned with oregano and such; some people cannot have oregano and all these spices. There needs to be some more "basic" options.

Beautiful location in nature and very kind and attentive staff. Kudos to the chef for the excellent food. Very clean, quiet, comfortable room with so many beautiful details. We loved the original decor pieces, many of them real pieces of old art. A pleasant surprise were the little attentions, such as lavender spray for the pillow, homemade syrup or tea from their own farm. Thank you for that! I have added this location to my list of favorite places and can't wait the next opportunity to come back.

The personnel were very helpful and professional. The hotel is located in the mountains, overlooking Mount Olympus, offering different trail tracks for those wishing to walk. The place is charming, with its lavender garden and an outdoor swimming pool. The menu is rich, offers a variety of vegetarian and meat dishes freshly made by the chef. The wine is also local.

Everything, from the warm welcome when we arrived until the moment we left. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, they stay in the background but are there as soon as you need something. The room was very spacious and, as the entire hotel, very cosy decorated. It makes you feel at home. The dinner at the restaurant was high quality,, made with natural ingredients and just delicious. The breakfast was excellent as well. We even had the pool to ourselves which we used for a refreshing swim after a though hike through the Mount Olympus area. We cannot recommend this place more. If you are in the neighbourhood, you must stay here.
