Absolutely everything! The check in was so smooth, the host on the reception of the hotel was so kind. The parking spot that we reserved through them was also available right away. The host was so nice, he answered all the needs for those 2 days, he was so kind. The apartment was spotless clean! Perfect bed, balcony with a view on the pool, equipped kitchen, amazing! Bathroom spotless clean, separated from the toalet. The location is perfect, supermarkets and restaurants near by. If we go back some day to Cannes, we will most definitely be back in this hotel for this apartment! I absolutely recommend it!

Such a peaceful place and in about 20 mins walk you will be in center of Cannes. The room is spacious with kitchen and big terrace looking at Cannes and the pool.

We loved the size of the rooms and that there was everything for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, we didn't use the kitchen as we were short on time, but it seemed to include all you could need. It's great that there was a coffemaker and a flatiron in the room . Zenitude is located a bit away from the center, but you can easily get around on taxi, busses or just take a 30-minutes stroll and enjoy the surroundings.

I guess the only thing to add is a bit more light above the bed.

• really big and spacious room with kitchen, table, desk, balcony, pool • good parking 8€ per night in secure garage under hotel • we really enjoyed our stay - we had a car and made roadtrips to Saint Raphael and Nice (be careful on roads as people are driving extra wild at the Riviera for some reason + a lot of traffic during summer)

• 38 min walk to the water is a bit too long if purpose is to see the nice part of Cannes • shower was really moldy (photo is just of one part) • could not use the pan in the kitchen as is was in a really bad shape - needs to be replaced (we did not ask for a new one as we just made pasta in a pot or ate out)

Very nice staff - the lady at the reception was willing to answer all our questions with a smile on her face even though she seemed quite busy and overwhelmed, the room was nice and clean. The location is quite remote, but very easy to get to Cannes by bus (they even have little booklets with the bus details at the reception).

Not that I didn’t like it, but one thing I would have appreciated was some slippers that we could use to go to the pool and back.

Nice apartment, clean and close to the motorway. Very friendly at reception.

We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony in the evening. Comfortable beds and good shower pressure. The pool looked great, but unfortunately, we weren't able to use it due to the short opening hours it had.

The room was quite small, but to be expected. Not very soundproof. Restricted opening hours for the pool meant that we weren't able to use it early in the morning before we left. Just another hotel room...

The rooms were spotless and spacious. There was a balcony that was lovely to sit out on in the evening. They had a fully stocked kitchenette that would be very handy if you were staying for more than a night. We were only there for a short stay. We arrived at 7pm and left at 6.30am so didn't get to use any facilities in the hotel. But for the time we were there we were very happy

The shower converter in both rooms didn't work. In one room we could only use the shower and not switch to the bath function and in the other room it was the opposite. As we had 2 rooms we were able to work around it though so it did not hinder our stay.

Lovely location with shops less than 5 minutes away. Nice comfortable room With great facilities (electric room shutters) and car park with underground spaces (at a 10 euro per day fee)

Would like reception to have more essential traveller items (eg plug adapters and slippers) and would like a better variety for breakfast.

The size and outlook of room. The balcony had a good view. The kitchen with refrigerator enabled self catering. The location of Le Cannet was quiet, leafy and close to public transport but also walkable into Cannes.

Lack of a kettle and tea and coffee. The blind on the balcony doors did not work to shut out the light overnight.
