The value for money. You get what you pay for. It was a 2/3-star basic hotel. The first double balcony room we were given was elementary like a motel, with no TV. We then complained and the staff changed our room to a better room with a TV and more like a hotel room. The staff were polite and kind.

It's outside of Cannes and using Uber to Cannes daily was 18 Euros one way. We tried a bus once and it was 1.70 Euros for a bus ticket, but it's a 10-minute walk to the bus top. The walk is not suitable for the disabled or the elderly persons as the streets are steep. The cleaner did not refill the body soap dispenser, therefore no soap after day one.

Cozy hotel. Very soft bed. Beautiful view from the balcony. Nice staff. There were no utensils for eating in the room, but when we asked, we got it. Reasonable price, the room is nice and clean. They helped a lot with calling a taxi, we could have missed the airport.

Breakfast. There was no choice for breakfast. No eggs, vegetables, there were cut fruits. But we did not like them. There were 3 pieces of meat left, there was only cheese, very tasty bread, pastries. Coffee/tea. Not worth 12€. Hotel room. It was stuffy, the air conditioner didn’t work. The balcony saved us and it wasn’t that hot. There was a hair dryer, an old model, but it worked well. There were no slippers, cutlery, glasses, or kettle. The room in the photo had a bathroom, but there was a shower. Location. There are no shops near the hotel. Only 20-30 minutes walk. About 12-15 minutes by taxi for 15-18€ to the center of Cannes. There are many restaurants nearby.

The staff was super friendly. Location of the hotel is a bit away from Cannes center, but it’s very easy to reach it by taking a bus. We loved the pool on the terrace. The room was spacious and clean, AC worked very well

You need to make sure to book the parking lot before you come, because number of spots is limited. In case of problems there is a public parking nearby

our room was in end of corridor and we felt that this is the other hotel because was very poor this part for parking needed extra payment the smoking area is next to the entrance and who doesnt smoking cant accept

The room was great value for money - we had a twin room with a balcony and the view was great. It was air conditioned which was very necessary because it was so so hot outside. And super clean and friendly staff :) would definitely stay again when I'm back in Cannes.

The parking garage was full when we got there so we had to park at the garage close by - would have been nice to keep the car in the hotel

Great and friendly staff and clean hotel. Nice charming little town around. There is free parking around the hotel however for the peace of mind, I recommend paying for the private one at the hotel.

Great views of the mountains and the city of Cannes as the hotel is located in high elevation in Le Cannet area a few minutes drive from the hotel.

We had some problems with the air conditioner but Mohamed, the manager, fix that beautifully changing us to a better room and giving us complimentary breakfast next day. Very professional staff, I would recommend to friend traveling to French Riviera. Very good stay!

The room size was good. The toilet and the shower room were separate. It had balacony. Decent breakfast.

The toilet separate from the rest of the bathroom. The (plastic?) plant on the railings that blocks the view of the sea from the pool. I don't mind paying more for a hotel beer, but it should be cold at least.

Nice hotel, very affordable for being in Cannes, not far from the sea (10-15min drive). Very comfy, spacious and quite rooms. Recommended especially for couple nights.

Did not book parking in advance so it was not available. However, there are some alternatives close by.
