The staff was outstanding. Frank from reception was incredibly welcoming and took care of any problem with professionalism and dedication. He was also a very good source of local recommendations or a nice chat and laugh. I am always very impressed with the high level of language skill, Frank spoke english and Italian in addition to french. Fabien, who looked after us at breakfast, provided quick and great service and always with a smile and did help me even with some french words. I stayed in a one bed apartment, which was very clean and had everything I needed. A supermarket was in a walkable distance, which helped with a longer stay. The facilities in the hotel, like the pool and the little workout area, have been well looked after, and I would definitely recommend staying there.

The location was good but did come with a busy road out to one side, which, when having the window open at night, can be a little noisy.

Calm (even though next to the highway), clean, very friendly staff, lovely towels and quality TP! Would note 8.5

Disappointing the breakfast was bread, compote, fruit juice and a hot drink - the "normal breakfast" is served from mid May to mid September so if you come out of season and want yoghurt, cereal, fruit, charcuterie or eggs, bring your own! There were a few sachets of instant coffee on arrival but bring your own ground coffee, filters, tea bags, milk... The studio is well equipped but no "basic products" to clean or cook with; two narrow wardrobes but no drawer space...

The staff were excellent including all the reception who went out of their way to help. The breakfast lady was a real star who went above and beyond to ensure you had everything you needed plus the cleaners were fantastic. Lovely pool with beautiful views we were very sad to leave, but having stayed nearly 2 weeks we had to move on….thank you all for putting up with our terrible broken French and banter each morning.

The only comment l would make is regarding the bathrooms as we stayed in the largest unit at the top of the hill and we struggled with it having just the one bathroom between 5 of us and they did need a bit of attention in places like around the bottom of the bath tub panels, although nothing affected our enjoyment.

The hotel was very good value for money. The facilities were clean and the staff very friendly. My daughter and her husband who were also staying there stayed an extra three days because they found it so relaxing for themselves and their one year old daughter.

There was no restaurant for dinner and arrangements made for ordering takeaways was not properly managed

Nice place, close to Cannes, Nice, Grasse. Helpfull staff, comfortable bed, kitchen in the room, free parking.

The door locking system is not the best. Our door was locked because the battery in it was empty! We had to call a staff member at 9.30 pm and wait to be able to enter our room. From 7 pm there is nobody at the reception. She arrived quickly but for us it 's not a good solution.

We chose the place because one of us had business meetings in Sophia Antipolis. For this the location was very convenient. We enjoyed the stay very much. Our appartment was large, well equipped, with a nice balcony and nice view. Nice pool, very friendly staff, good breakfast. Secure yard to park the car.

For us all was very good but this may depend a bit on which appartment you get. Ours was great for the price. There is a highway nearby but well shielded acoustically and optically.

This was our second stay at this cute property and probably not a last one. Nice surrounding and pool. Great for families, if you choose self-catering. The apartments have everything you need. Free of charge parking is a great plus.

Wifi was very weak but we got an extra router and it helped as we worked remotely. If you need to wash your clothes, the launderette is available for extra charge (but it won't break your bank).

Great location if you have your own car. Easy drive to Cannes, Antibes, Nice and a short walk into Mougins town. The room was great, very comfortable and good air con. Free parking was perfect and we loved the pool for a little swim after unwinding. I would definitely stay here again.

The only slight niggles were that there were alot of warnings of what we can't do and potential fines. None of these became an issue but did feel a bit bombarded with the big list of do's and don'ts. Also, the cooking facilities were great but it would have been nice to have more tea, coffee and sugar in the room. Also would be good to have some cooking oil and salt/pepper in the cupboards as it's alot to buy from the supermarket when only on a short holiday. Other than that everything was great.

Very friendly staff who made us feel very welcome allowing us to relax during our short stay. Very peaceful location despite it's proximity to the major roads. Lovely pool, clean and spacious rooms with comfortable main bed and sofa bed. Good links to Cannes centre and Mougins village. Great that there was secure free parking.

Hotel located 5 min drive from magnificent Mougins Old Town. Very professional and helpful staff. Convenient parking with easy in-out for travelers with a car. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchenette. Pet friendly. Good breakfast. Swimming poll.

the door lock on the 102A needs to be fixed the sooner the better but it wasn't a problem for me personally
