very much like the property. Its a nice hotel in a great setting. The food is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. However is not so well isolated, when it gets cold its ‘drafty’ in the lounge and breakfast room. The bathroom can use an update. Painting the bathtub is not enough. and they should use tiles instead of aquaresistant paint in the bath tub. The bed is nice. They could make an effort to clean a bit more daily intensif especially the floor.

The hotel was very charming, with beautiful gardens, typical of the south of France. The rooms are spacious and quite clean, the pool is nice and it is in a great location, halfway between Grasse and Cannes and only 15min away from Nice airport. Equipment was enough and the breakfast was good!

Check in was a little late, the restaurant and bar was closed for 2 days because of a holiday (which sounds unbelievable to me as a Hotel is supposed to always be open? I live in Dubai so I may be biaised). Also, the restaurant re-opened on the last day and I went to book a table in the morning for the same night, the lady told me that the 2 services were fully booked... you guessed it, in the end I saw there was only 2 tables booked on that night and I realized after we booked in another restaurant 15min away. I don't understand why some places try to look exclusive and refuse business like that... absolute non sense. Anyways we still had a good stay besides that!

We had very bad experience with one of the employees from the front office, she was so impolite and arrogant. We really don’t know how can such person be at the front office. She did provide us to the room, we could find it, so we went back to the reception, didn’t say that the air conditioning was out of order in our room and we couldn’t sleep at all, didn’t provide us any water and etc and etc. Luckily for us after a complaint next day the manager was so nice and helpful. They moved us to another room, served us a compliment and everything was superb. Overall it’s a very nice hotel close to Cannes an Mougins that is worth staying. If they improve the service it’s a convenient place to spend some time there.

Excellent, relaxed location. Very idyllic setting, yet just a short drive to any of the local French Riviera beaches. Beautiful pool, superb restaurant serving outstanding food. Both dinner and breakfast were superb. Our room was gorgeous - very comfortable with a lovely balcony. All of the hotel staff and those running the restaurant were very experienced, friendly and welcoming.

At 110 euros per night during the winter season this Hotel is excellent value. Spacious bedroom. Heater worked well. Very comfortable beds in the deluxe double bedrooms. Very big beds! Balcony with a lovely view onto the pool area. Generally a friendly rustic atmosphere in the reception area. Definitely coming again.

The bathrooms could do with a little upgrade. Sink and bath area a little tired. Extra hooks to hang the towels as you come out of the shower.

We have stayed here several times. The beds are very comfy. Staying here is very good value for money especially during the October to March months. Lovely pool area. Stone building with olive trees and climbing plants - beautiful in autumn.

Bathrooms need some renovation - not a big problem but they could do with upgrading.

Nice location in the hills over Cannes, easy to reach from the highway, and with a Tesla Supercharger right in the parking lot. Beautiful architecture and a very well-cared-for garden around the pool.

I was not particularly impressed by the breakfast. No direct service at the table, for the hot beverages, there was a machine like in any IBIS or similar hotels, and a reasonable choice of sweet and more continental-style food.

fantastic staff, lovely location. great little retreat, Cannes is accessible, mougin village a short walk or 5 min cab ride. Loved it. Food was superb.

There isn’t much we didn’t like. and to be honest we will return. But it needs just a little DIY. The pool could do with re-grating in some areas. and overall it could do with a lick of paint. The staff were fantastic that worked there. But you could do with maybe a member of staff to go around and offer drinks at poolside. little touches could make the experience so much better. Would have loved it more if there was the option of spa facilities, such as a massage, reflexology or pedicure. I’m sure there is the space to set something like this up and it would have made the stay superb.

breakfast was not included but was worth the price. The pool was well located and easy to access. Room and balcony great. fun area to walk to nearby bakeries and a few other stores.
