We had a very nice room with the window facing the sea and enjoyed our stay very much. Location is actually super good, walkable distance to train station to take the Zou train (regional train) to explore other towns. We were staying for a couple of days, once we got tired of running around, we just strolled along the beach. There’s also supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries around. The room was big enough for two people and all the staff we met were very friendly! Would definitely recommend it!

We loved the sea-view and came to this hotel for that and it's proximity to Nice airport. We enjoyed walking to/from the airport along this scenic coast. The staff at this hotel were very warm, friendly, welcoming and spoke French slowly enough for me that I didn't struggle with comprehension and I very. much appreciated that. For the price, the room was not as nice as I thought it would be. It appeared to be clean. There was only 1 chair for seating, a 2nd chair would have been nice but may have made the small space cramped. I cannot comment on breakfast becasue we did not take breakfast (my husband has celiac's disease so croissants/pastries are not possible for us. ) What I most appreciated about this stay was the friendly staff and the beautiful sunset and sunrise from our room. I would probably stay there again.

The room seemed lower quality than I would expect for such a price. Also, a fire alarm went off early in the morning, waking us up (which, I know, is the point...) and fortunately, nothing was wrong. We were unable to go back to sleep, though. It was unfortunate but it was also nice to know that in the event of an emergency, a fire alarm would wake up the people staying in this hotel.

Location -- just across the street from the beach, and close to dining/breakfast and a lot of amenities. Parking was extra but right in front of the room. The room had a nice balcony, though ours was a 'garden view' which was more like a view of the back of the hotel and the parking space. The room had a fridge and a wall-mounted TV, and came with AC.

The accommodation (family room) was small for a family of 4 (2 kids and parents), in spite of having two separate (but not private) rooms. Not much space to store bags out of the way, no table space or surface to put things down or dine (the balcony had a small table but outside).

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. Its prime location by the sea and convenient for those traveling by car made it an ideal choice. What truly stood out was their exceptional service and attention to detail. Not only did they accommodate my needs during my stay, but they also went above and beyond by promptly sending me the belongings I had forgotten in my room. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Location close to airport and sea view room

Facilities in the room were limited. No complementary tea or coffee. The pictures associated with the room didn’t match the room. The room is much smaller than the picture and only one window, not like the picture with a corner room and two corner side windows. The street is the main coast-side street and very busy throughout the night and day.

Can accommodate early checkin and a concierge service to manage the luggage at checkout; pleasant staff, facing the promenade, has restaurant service although don’t know whether it served lunch or dinner

The room is not overlooking the sea, and our shower was clogged although it did come down eventually; no lift but the person on duty helped with our luggage.

Great view from the room, friendly staff, close to a train station that will take you either to cannes side or Nice central (15 mins). 15 mins from the airport by car. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.

Lovely good sized rooms, ours had a huge balcony right opposite the seafront. Easy walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Safe gated parking behind. We stayed one night on the way back to Nice airport so it was very handy for that.

This hotel was absolutely perfect, beautiful place, only few minutes from airport, bus and train stations, 20m from beach. The breakfast was amazing, prepared in calm and stylish restaurant. The hosts were very nice and helpful and room was big and quiet during the night. Everything we can recommend !

The friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Variety at breakfast including coffees. Nice limited furnishings and great bathroom. Great terrace but noisy due to road in front. Once the terrace doors were closed it was very quiet.

Traffic noise but we decided being near the ocean promenade was worth it.
