The rooms are spacious, furniture well maintained, bed very comfortable, bathroom with bath and shower and everything SPOTLESSLY clean. The hotel is very attractive and located just outside the centre of Montebelluna (2km to the Duomo) and, being situated on a hillside, also has pleasan views as far as the eye can see.

There is a beautiful and large terrace outside. Maybe a couple more seating areas could be added, but, the warm season has only just started, so perhaps that is something they do in the summer.

Lovely clean and well maintained hotel. Good location for visiting out e.g. relatives. Reasonably near to the city centre - 15- 20 minutes walk. Supermarkets near by. Nice rooms with good a.c. If required. Pleasant staff. ‘Waitress/receptionist in particular. This is a good ‘city hotel’ where to stay at a good location and cost but facilities are not the main requirement.

Thought the fitness facilities and swimming pool were on site but in fact are separate (but ‘next door’ ) This is noted on the web site when we rechecked - but one has to look for this information. Therefore an additional cost c € 12 (but for all day)

Very special location perfect for getting everywhere needed .Lawrence of the San Marco most helpful and kind of hotel personnel that I have met worldWide . His knowledge of the area and attention to detail was above and beyond expectations everything was done with a sincere smile .Breakfast was excellent the cappuccinos best ever.The Aperol Spritz was delicious on the hotel balcony over looking the town of Montebelluna.

Short 10 minute walk main street with shops and restaurants. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a great variety of fruit, croissants, pastries, yoghurts and juices. Laurence was friendly and made us feel welcomed. We had a lovely time in Montebelluna visiting family and would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was cozy, clean, tidy, and with all comfort items provided. I liked the vintage style of the hotel. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The view from the hotel to the nearby landscapes was nice.

A minor point, but for improvement, breakfast items could be more diverse.

The place is very quiet and peaceful. I liked the view from the courtyard looking over the Venetian plane. The breakfast room had a memorial tribute to the Italo Austrian war in WWI which is appreciated. The locals were very friendly in giving me directions, as my cell phone was out of data. One local even piloted me towards the property. Thank you, sir!

Great atmospheric hotel! Large historic villa with marble stairs and crystal chandelier! Wonderful attentive hosts❤️ Large parking lot, comfortable bed, comfortable air conditioning system.

Very nice hotel, great interior, very neat and cozy rooms, beautiful furniture! Everything in the description corresponds to reality. Delicious and varied breakfasts. And when we lived there, it was raining and they kindly gave us umbrellas! We really liked this place, we will come again!

All good, maybe the variety of breakfast could be better, but in accordance to Italy, it was premium. The owner was very pleasant and supportive, did the best, even it wasn't in a range of his duties.
