Location: in the old town area, but in a quiet square. Free street parking nearby, about 5-6 minutes walking, near a supermarket. About 10-15 minutes walking from most attractions. Staff: Carolina was really nice and communication was great Breakfast was fantastic with fresh pastries from a local bakery, juice, yogurt, fruit, charcuterie and cheese, various vegetarian milk options available etc. The room was comfortable and big enough, good water pressure in the shower, extra pillows in the closet, good aircon

BEDROOM: Elegant and spacious, with a huge bed, big wardrobe and two windows. The room also has a minifridge. We stayed in the room with the short flight of stairs leading up to the bathroom. It was very nice. BATHROOM: Very clean, with a big shower. STAFF: Helpful and courteous. A high standard of service. BREAKFAST: Delicious sweet options, a meat and cheese plate, cereal, and a selection of yogurts and milks in the fridge. LOCATION: Superb location in the medieval part of town, but out of the ZTL. It was easy to walk anywhere in town from the Bnb. It was quiet and peaceful. PARKING: We were able to drive up to the Bnb (arrival directions sent ahead of time) and load/unload bags. Afterwards, we moved the car to a free parking area, (a few minutes walk, <500m). It was a very easy parking situation.

I cannot even think of anything I would change. This is a very nice BnB and a great value.

She also helped arrange transfer of bags for one of our group. Hotel 5-10 minutes walk from centre situated in a lovely quiet street. I would definitely recommend. Would certainly stay here again. Absolutely loved my stay at this B&B! It was spotless and perfectly located for easy exploration of the area. The breakfasts were a daily treat - tasty and varied. But what really made my stay special was the hospitality of the owners. They were incredibly helpful, especially when my train to Rome got canceled. They helped me figure out the public transport mess, which was a lifesaver and even drove to a bus station. I’ll definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience at Gallo Nero . As we we're arriving late by train, the owner accepted our late check-in and even came to the station and picked us to go with his car to il gallo Nero. In the morning, we had the best breakfast of our trip in Italy. Delicious pastries, fresh homemade cakes, cheese and ham, etc..

This was such a charming little spot to stay for my brief visit to Viterbo. I walked easily from the train station, and my room was very clean and charming. It was a short walk to the beautlful town center, where there are lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel was very peaceful. The air conditioning worked great, which really mattered because I was there during a terrible heat wave--it was in the mid-90s every day and I was cool and comfortable in the room.

Very high quality accommodations, good location, very quiet, excellent elevator, very good breakfast. The host Carolina was always available, helpful, friendly and well-organized. The housekeeping service was excellent and helpful.

Nice, comfortable room in a renovated traditional house in the old town. Great location, quiet yet 5 minutes away from the medieval district and 10 minutes away from the train station of Viterbo Porta Romana. Kind and helpful host, also offers a generous breakfast with sweet/salty options.
