The place exudes a homely charm, with its stunning architecture and spacious, clean suites. The onsite vegetarian restaurant serves high-quality food, and all the staff were exceptional. Every member of the team was consistently helpful, courteous, and made me feel valued and comfortable. While it's hard to name everyone, special thanks go to the Head Chef and his team, as well as the restaurant staff, including Shubam, Mawi, and Dispesh. I must also commend the Front Office Manager, Anand, who was always available to assist with any queries or requests. Thank you all for making my stay so enjoyable.

Gym/Fitness Centre times were limited.

They have a wonderful group of people in there. Starting from the security, to reception, to the housekeeping staff, the ever smiling team at the dining area and the flute master. The staff are highly motivated and tend to every need with a pleasant smile. I wish them the very best. There is no category for what could be better. So I will include here, instead of the did not like section. This is a new property, still getting completed. As with any new venture, there will be areas that need to be taken care, frosting floors in the rooms is one example. Till the time occupancy is not increased, hotel must not accept bookings with dinner. If someone has booked room with dinner expecting an extravagant dinner, they would be disappointed. Perhaps in few months as the occupancy increases, there will be one. Till then, Ala Carte should work. To be fair to the property though, there were just a few rooms booked and just few families having dinner. A big spread for dinner would be such a waste. They have been thoughtful and have come up with a short menu. Being light eaters, I liked the short menu and food being made to order. Taste was fantastic, big thumbs up there. Being part of Independence Day celebration was again an amazing experience. Well done team. Niggles are bound to be there with every new venture, however, going by the way the staff are trying to overcome them, it is just a matter of time for them to shine and become the best property at Surat. All credit goes to the staff and management. I would definitely pick that place if I happen to visit Surat again.

A very comfortable hotel to stay in, extremely peaceful, relaxing environment. Big spacious suite style rooms, sparkling clean Lenin and rooms. Very courteous staff, Mr. Sunil, Miss Devangi, Miss Anju, at the check and reception, Miss Seema, Miss Monica at the restaurant were always smiling and willing to assist us with anything through out our stay. The live flute music in the morning and the evening was a blissful experience. The breakfast spread was quite fulfilling. Over all a very good stay. 100% recommended for family or business stays.

No Smoking zones inside the hotel. No non vegetarian food options.

Clean rooms, a bit too big to be honest for the use intended (work-business stay). Beds were comfortable enough and the facilities well maintained. Breakfast better than most in Surat, 90% traditional Indian meals, be aware. Still delicious.

The two pool tables at the lobby are useless. One is crooked and unstable the other one has the holes leading nowhere but the ground. Take them out if you don't plan on people using them.

They texted me 3 times that I pay half of money, I am traveller, travelled all arround world but this is first time any hotel texted me.on my number 3 times that I need to pay in case no show, So why they took card details.......

This is a new hotel, large studio rooms were spotless. Staff were very good though as a hotel called The World Surat may need to give the staff some English lessons for international travellers. Restaurant - enjoyed the food good service. Not quite finished as no spa service at the present time ( April 2024) Has the potential to be an excellent hotel Will book again on next visit to Surat.

Clean and tidy, spacious rooms, good hospitality, lovely staff. Specially the FAM restaurant staff..

Hygiene not to the mark at the Swimming pool, pigeon feathers and shit all over the pool. Kids pool was good .. hotel in an isolated place nothing to actually go anywhere.

Staff very good and friendly, they will go out of their to meet your needs.. Breakfast very good for Indian vegetarian, although there is basic western breakfast options like cereals, pancake and waffle. Rooms big size(it was for us) and clean.

Location out of way, but easily reachable by rickshaw

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were modern and clean. Property itself is big and clean

I was in 2 bed apartment , they do have kitchenette but I would prefer if they could have hob so we can make a food. The hotel itself is new , they don’t have any leisure activities
