Great location for tram to city. Very clean accommodation. Free parking all around. Cafes for breakfast next door.

The mattress was very hard. We had a room at the front which was very noisy until 1am and again from 6am. Also by the lift and stairs which had guests coming in cloudy quite late. Not the hotel fault but something to be mindful of when booking.

Spotless hotel with helpful staff who explained the surroundings and provided assistance. The linens were crisp and clean, as were all aspects of the room and en suite bathroom. Great café right next door with wide assortment of food and drink options

Wifi was rather slow. Ok for whatsapp and text, not adequate for streaming music or video. No parking provided by the establishment, although none was advertised, but we found street parking fairly close by.

Other reviewers are correct. There is a smell of cigarette smoke. However, it was only noticeable when we first entered the room and then it dissipated.

We stayed there for 3 nights, location is fantastic, all of the staff we met very helpful and sympatic. We definetely could come back.

Located in a quiet suburban area with the great tram commute to the city centre, good size room, comfy beds, very helpful staff. Great value for money for those who don't want to splurge on accommodation.

The shower is in a bad need of refurbishment. The room doors don't provide any soundproofing - the hotel has been mostly quiet during our stay, but when guests return late everything can be heard very well inside the room.
