It exceeded our expectations with its clean, spacious rooms and friendly service. The pet-friendly policy was a major plus, making our travel experience stress-free. The breakfast offered a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. We were particularly impressed with the staff's attentiveness and helpfulness. Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay at this Best Western and would definitely recommend it to others.

While Best Western offered clean and spacious rooms, the overall feel of the hotel was dated. We noticed some minor repair issues, such as a slightly uneven sidewalk and a few worn fixtures. Although these didn't significantly impact our stay, they did detract from the overall modern experience. The pet-friendly policy and friendly staff remained positive aspects, but the datedness of the facilities might be a factor for some guests.

Overall the room was clean and maintained well for an order motel. The beds were comfortable beds, and the wifi worked fine. There was plenty of parking and we were centrally located.

There was not much that was disappointing regarding the room or the staff. The only complaint that we really had was the pipes making loud noises when the upper floor toilet was flushed or the water turned on, but once it was past 10 pm. people were going to bed and the noise never woke us up.

Great Location. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. We liked parking right outside our door. Breakfast was good. Got a discount at the restaurant next door as well.

The light switch for the sink area was in the bedroom and the switch for the toilet and shower was in the sink area. Weird. Very noisy. People checked in above us at 10pm. Their children ran back and forth, luggage was thrown on the floor and they talked so loud we could hear every word. Other loud cars ran in the parking lot while they were loading something, at 10pm as well.

the Best Western El Rancho Palacio will definitely be my Hotel to stay at in my next trip to the city of Roswell NM, the facility is very clean and well situated, very helpful staff and professional management, I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues. the Hotel offers a full delicious breakfast with hot items in case you don't have time to look around for a restaurant that offers breakfasts, parking is free and is within the facility, rooms are kept clean and towels replaced daily thank you again for your service

From the moment I stepped in the front door I was at ease, front office was tidy and smelled clean. Breakfast area was put together well and Breakfast options where amazing! They had tortillas and beans! Very New Mexico. The whole Property was very CLEAN! My room was updated and very comfortable. Nothing scary here, from the clean floors and towels to the awesome smelling lotion and soaps. I truly enjoyed my stay and just wanted to chill in my room. 10 out of 10 I would definitely stay there again

The rooms were very clean, so clean that even the AC filters were spotless. Someone who has bad allergies, THANK YOU.

Not necessarily the hotel's fault, but next time I will avoid staying in the room right next to the stairs and ice machine. First night we had no issues, but the second night it just seemed like there was a guest who was pretty loud outside at 11 pm or so.

the carpet, I wish it wasn't carpeted. and there is only one chair in the room...we had a dog so we could not go to a resturant, so we had to do take out, but when we got to our hotel room, we realized there is only one chair, so one of us had to eat standing. also, there was a strong smell of baking soda, as if previous tenant had a dog accident so they had to spray the carpet with the baking soda, the smell of the baking soda was very fresh (new, strong as if it just happended the night befofe).

the lady who ran it was amazing, friendly and helpful, had a water pressure issue and she was fixing it before we went to let her know, within a few minutes pressure was back to normal, very pro-active, which is rare. room was a good size, comfortable and plenty of parking directly outside the room. good location, with pool aswell.

Location, location, location. In the center of everything. Breakfast was great, warm, and ready. The room look updated with new tub and tiles. Quiet and spacious. I will go back again and again.

The parking was made for small vehicles and I drove an F250 double cab with long bed. However, they had spaces for us. But not in front of the room.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Palacio. The room was spacious enough, nicely decorated, clean, and everything as it should be. The price was very good, and in balance with the amenities offered. The breakfast was delicious, nicely presented, 😁 and offered a variety of options. It was close to roswell's various quirky and fun 😊 attractions, but the hotel was not quirky, thankfully.. ..we will stay here again if or when we return to Roswell.

The price was great for such a nice place so there was nothing we didn't like.
