The breakfast was fantastic! Loved everything except for the fact that I had to lug my luggage upstairs & the fact that the bed was worn out & made my shoulders so sore during the night that it woke me up & disturbed my sleep. But I noticed during breakfast that all beds were being replaced in every room that day. I guess we arrived a day too early. Haha! An elevator would have been helpful especially for the feeble & elderly. Pleasant stay otherwise. Would recommend to others.

Lugging luggage to room up steps. Where’s that needed elevator? A worn out bed that was being replaced as we were leaving in the morning! Haha!

the bed was comfortable. I slept well all nights there. it seemed quiet, and I didn't hear any foot traffic outside in the hall. the breakfast was good. I really liked the potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and especially the waffle. Jen was friendly throughout my stay, from check-in to check out, and she gave me area recommendations. I appreciated her patience with me when I had to run out to my car to find my forgotten wallet at midnight and when I had to decide to stay or not to stay an extra day or two during an unexpected snowstorm. thank you. I will use this as my primary hotel location when traveling to the area.

the eggs needed a bit of pizzazz. the bed frame stuck out too far and caused a scratch on my leg. there was no first aid kit available to clean it, so i had to use hand sanitizer wipes and some acne cream. the TV was old-school cable style, I couldn't find a channel guide because there were a thousand channels, that all seemed to be the same 100 channels/shows but nothing relatively local or news related???. the shower curtain smelled musty and the water from the shower head would screech until I turned it off and then right back on again. some of these are very minute and definitely not a reason to not go back.

This is an excellent place to stay overnight. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are large and clean. I travelled by motorcycle, and they offered to let me park my bike beside the front door under the roof. There is a Pizza place, McDonald's, and a Chinese Restaurant, within 2 minutes' walking distance, and I highly recommend the Chinese food. Bring a big appetite, because their portions are large.

Nothing to dislike.

The staff were phenomenal. So kind and accommodating. They calmly and kindly addressed a mix-up with my reservation, ensuring that my kiddos had a safe and warm space to sleep at an even lower cost than my original reservation. 10/10 on customer service.

The shower was a little dirty. It looked like there was some mold where the tile met the wall.

Electrical outlets still have loose plugs, and pane on the outside window glass is still cracked. It has been over a year at the prices they charge since I notified them of issues. They should have been able to afford proper maintenance by now

Had a nice variety of items

Thin parking spaces. People parking next to me hitting my doors. 😡 Mattress pad didn’t cover the whole bed. It was just a lining. Also didn’t have a comforter. A secondary sheet was used as the comforter. Other than that, facility was clean, quiet, easily accessible off the road, and beautiful.

Great breakfast. Friendly staff at check in breakfast and checkout.

Booking.com had the property listed as pet friendly and it was booked with 2 pets listed in the filter. Our golden retriever and blue healer has to stay in our truck, but we were able to find places to walk them close to the motel. Was not an issue for a short stay.

- Nice folks at the front desk. - The location was in a central area off SR-97, so it was easy to find amenities off-site, and was close to a number of sno-parks and Willamette Pass ski area (<1 hour away). - The room was clean and spacious. - The side of the building I was on (the south side in the middle) was quiet; I didn't hear any traffic on the highway.

The only thing that could have possibly been better was the key card on the outside doors: one of the doors wouldn't open with my keycard and the other one required timing the open just right. A super minor annoyance, so not a huge deal.

Older clean place

I asked for late check out because of a business meeting and they said they couldn’t because housekeeping couldn’t stay later. So many people not fill hotel and they could have taken care of the room the next day. Sad excuse

It was beautifully decorated for Christmas which was a great first impression. Gal at the front desk was super friendly as was the woman attending during breakfast hours. Very clean room at a very affordable price.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.
