We ate at the Sintra Cafe, a short walk from our room. It was very good and the prices were excellent. We walked away full and satisfied. Our room was also a very short walk to the Grand Hall, where our event was. So that was great. Our room was quite large for two of us. The bathroom was giant and the shower was good!

Just not a fan of the Murphy bed. It's a bit close to the floor, so little more challenging to get out for older folks. And the memory foam mattress gets a bit of valley in it, and it seems to roll me to the middle a bit too much. I get that it frees up a lot of room for daily activities, but it's just not nearly as comfortable as my home bed. I'd rather have a fixed bed with a better mattress.

We were attending a family reunion. The condo was perfect for my husband, son and I. It had everything we needed. It had a king bed in the loft with a a very large walk in shower. The other bed was a murphy bed that was perfect for our son and he had a full bathroom with walk in shower as well. The condo was spotless, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet and all in all just very pleasant. We plan on coming back and staying longer next time to be able to take advantage of all of the outdoor opportunities in the area.

Great location. Close access to the Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway which was beautiful. We also did an ATV forest tour from a nearby location. Included bike hire for the duration of the stay which were great for cycling around Sunriver area and down by the river. The property was on the ground floor, and had a patio that looked straight out onto a golf course, and pine trees.

Nothing really. The bed was.a pull down but was comfortable and gave us more space.

Cleanliness of the apartment. Location. Nice spa and pool.

I think you need to check the games on loan, some not all complete. We did leave one at reception . Also, we did not know you needed cash for ping pong Ball to have a game and had no change. I think guests should be made aware of this. Parking bays should be numbered for each unit. We had trouble getting parking. Only 2 chairs on the balcony for 4 guests more should be added on each booking. We were surprised. No shower down stairs it is a big enough room, and 4 adults having to share the upstairs bathroom. Bike paths and access to Sunriver Facilities were great. No too far from skiing at Mt Bachelor (about 30 minute drive). Great dining in Sun River at the lodge and The Grill in Sun River village. Playgrounds for the Kids. Facility had what we wanted. Everyone there was exceptionally friendly.

Nothing stood out as unpleasant. They had different sized units, so we found the one that fit our needs. The outdoor pool at The Pines was not open for a few more months, which they told us in advance, but the hot tub was available and great.

Perfectly located. Love the view and the gas fireplace. It is comfortable, clean, and well furnished. Nice kitchen.

This is not really the sole responsibility of the property, but it seems in general there could be a bit more clearing of ice and snow. The surrounding walkways had a lot of black ice, making it more difficult to walk safely to the walking paths and to the hot tub.

Loved the location and the space in the unit. The finishes were nicely updated and I really was happy for a Murphy bed instead of a sofa bed. It was great to have a full kitchen and fireplace. I also appreciated the amenities like the bikes on property and the pool/hot tub. All of which we used and would book there again because they are included.

We had asked for an early check in when we arrived (2pm) and that was not available. When we asked to check out our bikes we were told that the attendant was on lunch for 35 min. It was NOT a busy day. He did help us and that was appreciated but over all the staff made us feel like we were a huge bother.

Location was great. I didn't realize that it had a full kitchen which I wasn't really able to take advantage of, but great to know for any future and longer stays.

that they didn't provide shampoo and conditioner. Seems like that is pretty standard. They did have it for purchase in the office.

The person who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, the showers huge. Great walking paths.

We didn’t know we needed to go to the check in, would have liked that to have been made more clear somewhere evident. The air condition did not cool below 70 and it was downstairs so the upstairs was quite warm. Skylights made the entire house light, so we were all up early. I called the desk about the air con but only got an answering machine. Luckily there were fans.

Great location. Wonderful pool. Pickleball courts. Friendly staff. Great place to stay. Stayed here several times

The only thing we didn’t like was the upstairs room with the spiral staircase to the bedroom. Getting too old for that. Will make sure I get a downstairs room next time
