Staff was super friendly and professional, all facilities were extremely clean and spacious, accessibility features were great. Breakfast was a good selection of sausage, eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, bagels... all yummy. Parking is very easy, lots of great handicapped parking as well. Location is convenient to lots of restaurants, shopping, recreation.

I wish the pub had been open, but we knew ahead of time it was not, but the option will be great when it's ready. The hotel is a bit pricey, but it really is on par with similar properties in the area. The only thing I really wasn't happy about was how hard the mattresses are. That's really a personal preference though.

The location was great for access to Mt. Bachelor. It is further from downtown Bend than many places, but it wasn't a problem. The hotel is new and everything is quite nice. Everything was very clean.

The breakfast was subpar, even by already low hotel breakfast standards. The quality of the food was poor, the options limited, and they ran out of things multiple times. They even ran out of milk for the cereal twice in four days. The barn doors on the bathrooms may look cool, but they don't offer much acoustic privacy.

The bed was over the moon comfortable. Pillows and sheets were soft! There is a little shop downstairs for treats, there is also washer and dryer available for people if needed. Very unique shower. Ac worked very quickly. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly very on top of collecting plates and cleaning tables for everyone while also making small conversation.

No freezer in mini fridge, and the whole property was very hot and muggy especially in the downstairs area during breakfast.

We chose this place to stay because we wanted a place to relax and unwind after an all-day bike ride. It has a nice hot tub that was not too hot so we could stay in longer than usual and let the heat work on our tired muscles. It also has a bike storage unit so we did not have to figure out where to store our bikes overnight. The room was comfortable and quiet making it easy to sleep in the next morning. My husband enjoyed the breakfast. Being vegan, the only thing I could eat was the oatmeal, which was, however, quite good.

The only thing I can think of that I wish had been provided was a morning newspaper.

Americans don't expect the same level of choice for breakfast service as the UK, it's quite basic. But good in US terms. Nightly pub service with outside terrace and food is great. Rooms are well designed, spacious and super comfortable. Staff excellent. Location excellent. Bend Oregon, is a fabulous town.

In British terms hotels like this are expensive especially at this time of year. But they're very busy and clearly in high demand.

It was clean and the location was good. The breakfast buffet was good and kept stocked. They don't offer daily cleaning, which I really like, because I don't really want anyone else in my room until I leave anyway.

The coffee station at the buffet area took a long time, even if you knew how to work it. Many people (including my party) got out of line and got juice instead. The outlet in our bathroom kept tripping, so I had to use one in the hallway to have access to a working outlet and mirror. The sliding bathroom door leaves a gap where you can see into the bathroom at anyone who may be sitting on the toilet when you come in the front door. Could be embarrassing!

The location was great, it was quiet and only took 10mins to drive into Bend. The hotel was super clean and the staff were very nice. The bar next door was a bonus to enjoy a light meal and have a quiet drink in the evening. This hotel is well within walking distance to Bend Water Park and walking distance to the grocery store. The 4th floor view I had of the mountains was beautiful.

The breakfast was fine. The hotel location was excellent - we were able to walk down to the Mill Section and stop at breweries on the way.

The pool was a little cool for us and our grandson - 5 degrees warmer we would have used it more. OUr room was on the first floor and we were very comfortable until someone was put in the room above us. There is not enough insulation between floors, everytime the toilet was flushed upstairs, or the closet or bathroom door opened or closed, we found it to be very loud.

I like this area and hotel

I didn't like that fact that I reserved my night and they could not find me in the system even though I had conformation through booking.com I had to wait for desk person to call upper management after alot of waiting and frustration they gave me a room and said they would sort it out with booking

The bed was the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel. And if you think about it, that is where you spend most of your hotel time, so well done. Lovely decor, great views and very quiet. For the room rate charged, value for money was exceptional.

Ideally, the breakfast self - serve area would be bigger and have more choice. Being charged $30 to check in earlier than 4pm, even though the room was ready to go. Felt gouged by that.
