The room actually exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and comfortable, with the exception of the bed. It was too soft, and the covers were too heavy and warm. Also the selection of pillows was hard or granite. In short, they need more firm mattresses and a choice of a softer pillow. I appreciated the fact that the window actually opened and outside air could be enjoyed in the room. The hotel location was superior. It was in a seemingly safe part of Bend and an east walk to the Old Mill District!

Room was very spacious and the kitchen was great, nice to have a refrigerator with ice in your own room. Beds were very comfortable and the room was quite.

The bathroom was pretty small and my wife likes to have more counter space. Also had a problem with the shower water temperature, the hot and cold knobs had nothing to do with getting the water temperature correct. we found the best temperature was almost in the off position ( marked as cold on the knob ).

We chose My Place Hotel after ditching the origional hotel we chose, which turned out to be dark, dirty, and scary. My Place Hotel was the exact opposite, very clean, everything looked new. The parking lot was well lit and safe, the grounds well kept and clean. The kitchen was very nice,, with a full fridge/freezer with ice maker, sink, microwave and stove top, lots of cupboard space. Beds were very clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and polite, the cleaning staff were friendly and hard working (my heros!) I was traveling with my child, who got sick and we had to stay another night. The store in the lobby office had medicine, food, and other amenities that proved very helpful because I couldn't leave to go to the store, making it much easier to rest and relax. It was also very quiet, even though there was a floor above us. This is my new favorite place to stay when we're on the road, and we're definitely coming back. Thank you for the great experience!

The property was spotless and clean prior to arrival and during my stay. The hotel employees at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, but Amy was easily the most genuine, kind, and accommodating, front desk staff member. The location is a quick walk to the Old Mill and the Gear Fix/Immersion Brewing area. We even walked to Podskis! As long as there are rooms available at a reasonable fare, there will never be a need to book with anyone else.

The staff has always been helpful and professional. Our 2nd time stay at property. We are very active when visiting Bend. Very comfy bed and pillow. Always clean. Like go ahead and check it clean 😎. We spend as little time in room as possible but when we have returned it’s quiet, 10:00 pm, hit the bed and sleep sound until am.

I would like to see if the possibility of matching with a local restaurant to deliver fresh breakfast. Kitchen in rooms I get it. But for a 1 to 2 night stay fresh local would be nice

It was very clean, comfortable, a good area for dog walks and staff was friendly and helpful. The room stayed fairly warm (even with the heater off), despite the cold temps outside, so it was a nice and cozy efficient room. I loved having a full-sized fridge.

Internet was a little sluggish. I wish they had more kitchen items on hand for guests to check out. The burners in the room are helpful, but tough to use without all the essentials. Hopefully management will buy more supplies.

Location to Hayden is excellent, would recommend for concert goers. Very clean, as expected but not exceeding.

The pillows were not good at all. Very thick, no give, did not help to get a good sleep. Location is great for a purpose visit to Mill district and Hayden, but second floor rooms are not exactly offering a view unless you like a direct look at a retaining wall. Having said that, we would still come back again if the price is right because it served our purpose within the context of walking distance to river path and Hayden.

We liked being close to the front desk for easy, quick access to the outdoors for our pet. Having a kitchen for quick meals was super convenient with a nice sized table to sit down to eat and to also use to play backgammon to relax. A nice sized covered trash can was provided, which was useful. The room was spacious and we loved the walk-in shower. The location is great for shopping at the mall and to see a movie, which was located across the street.

The pillows were all really firm and overstuffed. We were given a room right next to a family with a toddler and baby who cried very late at night and early in the morning. While not the fault of the hotel, there weren’t that many guests so they could have spaced out the guest more.

The location was within walking distance to great shops and restaurants. The room had a great kitchen to make our own food. No plates, silverware, or pots, but we used microwaveable food and had our own plastic silverware. We used the toaster in the morning, and stored our travel food in the full size refrigerator. The remote for the TV was very easy to use, and the Internet was great. The building and room was exceptionally clean.
