Clean room, reasonably quiet location, easy to find, close to attractions but not in the thick of traffic. Great price, lovely staff with one exception listed below. Appreciated the table and chairs to sit at, and the lack of carpet helped the room feel clean.

1. Next door neighbors were very audible through the very thin walls. 2. Due to an office error on their part, we were told we didn't have our room for the second night (I had booked the room 6 months in advance). We were told we would have to leave as the motel was sold out! Stressful! Luckily someone checked out early and we were able to keep our original reservation. Very poor reflection on that one staff member who originally screwed it up the day before we arrived. Everyone else was super.

Very clean and in a convenient location on the main boulevard. Our room was roomy and looked much more modern than the outside of the motel. It was also a great value for an expensive city. The lady at the front desk was helpful and friendly. In this part of Bend, there are a number of homeless people in the area, including camped out on the road behind the motel. However, the motel has a brightly lit parking lot at night and so many security cameras that we weren't too worried about our car. Just be smart and don't keep valuables in view (or in your car, just to be safe), just like in a big city. We would stay here again.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable.

Check in easy and friendly. Very clean motel that has had some recent'ish upgrades. Rooms are very serviceable and bed was comfortable. Outdoor pool, which we did not use, looked clean and inviting. We like staying here as it's somewhat more affordable than many of the motels in the area, has several dining options and a grocery within walking distance.

Someone on a very loud scooter kept putting up and down the alley and back side of the motel for a majority of both evenings. Couldn't have the bathroom window open. Many homeless folks encamped on the back side of the building, but that happens frequently, along the 3rd. St. Business route, up in Bend. Not a threatening vibe, just sad.

The personnel we interacted with were very professional. The maid did a superior job with cleaning the room.and restocking the towels and putting on fresh sheets. The restaurant adjacent was superb. It was close to my grandson's wedding venue and the Rancher-Butcher Chef which were the reasons we came for a visit. .

We like fresh coffee creamer, not dry packaged..Bedspreads could be softer.

The service was great, I accidentally booked the wrong dates for a concert I was going to and the lovely lady at the front desk helped me figure it out and helped me refund some of the money back although I was considered a 'no show' for the first night! She went out of her way to call the manager and I was super thankful as it was practically sold out and she got me some place to sleep for the night!

We were in Bend for a show at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater and we chose the hotel for the proximity and price. The front desk gal was lovely and very clear on all information. The room was clean and comfortable.

There's nothing the motel could do about this but there were homeless people making a racket outside the window. It was a nice day so we wanted to sleep with the windows open, but it was loud.

I liked how close this hotel was to my DJ gig, which was only a 10-minute walk away. I also liked how efficient the shower was. Finally, I got a a good night's sleep on the comfortable bed. Overall: A wonderful stay!

They offered free chocolate candies and lollipops at the front desk, but admittedly, the chocolate seemed like it had been there for a while, so the rich chocolate taste wasn't really there, but it's chocolate, so you know I ate that stuff right up anyway before I eat to live (not live to eat).

Excellent location, customer service, and great value! I would stay here any old time I'm in Bend. They made me feel very welcomed. It seemed really easy to get a room short notice here in September. It was honestly pretty quiet here, though downstairs you might hear a little noise above but in my experience guests are extremely polite here, no noises bothered me and I can be a light sleeper sometimes. Very happy with my stay here.

Both receptions were friendly and let me know if some great places to eat and get gas. The room itself was exceptionally clean and it was obvious that the cleaning staff took pride in maintaining the rooms. The way she folded the washcloths and the florets made on the toilet paper were a wonderful surprise. Delightful touch!

Another perfect stay with Bend Inn and Suites. Customer service excellent, room very clean, location and price unbeatable. They are always very friendly when I check in and throughout my stay. Feels very safe and well looked after. Guests are always quiet and respectful. I will continue to rely on bend inn for all my bend vacation needs
