The room had everything I needed, including a refrigerator, which wasn't listed in the list of amenities, so this was a pleasant surprise! The room was VERY clean (a BIG plus) and the bed was comfy! Bend can get fairly warm at night but the A/C was very good at quickly cooling down the room. The motel is also right next to Laughing Planet, a fave restaurant in Bend!

The toilet must have had a little leak or something, because it made a continuous hissing noise. But not really a problem, as shutting the bathroom door eliminated the sound while I was sleeping.

While dated, the room was clean and cheerfully decorated. We had a problem with the TV, asked for help. Patricia came and did what she could. We left for dinner and then the event that we came for. When we returned to the room, the TV had been replaced with one that worked. The room was spacious, except for the bathroom, and cheerfully decorated.

The stair treads were made of a metal grating that was the same material that I chewed up my knee on when I was a kid. It gave me apprehension every time I descended them. That's on me.

Motel West was an older property, but well maintained. It was located on a busy street, and motel had several guests but rooms were quiet. Bathroom appeared to be updated. Towels were thick and fluffy. Good water pressure in shower. Bed sheets were clean and crisp. Comfortable bed. Good size fridge kept food cold or frozen. Housekeeping was top notch.

Office wasn't as nice as rooms.

The staff were very friendly. Room was very clean and beautiful, especially the bathroom and sink area. The room was nice and cool with AC upon our arrival on a very hot day. About a 15 minute walk to the busy downtown area which was perfect and one of the only reasonably priced places in the area. Lots of free parking in the parking lot.

The wifi was very spotty. Even if it said I was connected, pages wouldn’t load and I’d drop off of the wifi. The tv channels were a bit fuzzy.

Basic no frills motel met low expectations with relatively low costs (for the area/season). Bend Oregon has no bargains anytime, so this modestly appointed motel met expectations as a safe and clean place to sleep.

Ok, what is going on with the bathroom sinks in this place? They’re of the design of a basin atop the counter style, which is fine if the basin bowl is secured down to the counter- ours was not, so it moved while turning the faucet! I was concerned if we’d see water flowing out someplace odd soon, so we were very careful to minimize the use and force using the sink. Wonky maintenance?

A modest motel that takes no shortcuts, providing clean and comfortable accomodations at a very reasonable rate. The staff is quite friendly and responsive, with Nina in the office being very polite and courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. We take our daughter to Bend twice a year on average for medical purposes, and this is our go to place for pleasant and reasonable accomodations. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and spacious. The AC unit worked well throughout my stay. The bathroom was cleaned thoroughly and well stocked. The noise outside was minimal and curtains did a good job of keeping the light levels low.

The WiFi was spotty especially when more customers showed up throughout the stay. Understandable as it may be, if you're looking to stay for business and require a stable connection for work, then you should be ready to activate a hotspot for link stability.

The room was clean and plenty roomy. The beds were comfy and I really appreciated the lack of any scent in the linens and towels as I had requested 4 days prior to arrival. This is not easy to find in accommodation at this pricing level (meaning a budget spot). There was a nearly full-size refrigerator in the room as well and a microwave.

The one thing that was an absolute failure was the internet. There were 4 or 5 WiFis to sign onto but most of them my Apple laptop could not connect to and the one that worked was terribly slow. Luckily I had good reception via my Verizon mobile phone and was able to use it as a hotspot.

super comfy bed, nice deep bathtub. Relatively quiet place overall, tucked off the main road. Staff is always great here. Parking is fine. You can walk downtown.

Had to ask for a plug for the bathtub, management couldnt find one, but that maid hooked me up. Unfortunately the room they had was for a bigger group: three beds, so was a bit more cost than I'm used to there, but it was a busy weekend, so lucky to get that. And, even then, it was still cheap.
