Room was clean everywhere. The heater / AC was good. The sink was interesting but worked fine and the toilet flushed quickly and quietly ! Bed was comfortable. Carpet and chairs were soft and comfortable. Didn't have the occasion to use the microwave or fridge but I'm pretty sure they would have been fine. I wish the TV had been a 'smart' TV but there were still plenty of options to watch.

Just the TV thing actually. It was surprisingly quiet. I expected noise and maybe some rowdy behavior from other lodgers but, didn't hear anything! Maybe I got lucky !

1. Excellent reading lights for both sides of the bed 2. The room fridge had a small freezer which is a bonus 3. Shower pressure first rate and the hot water came on stream quickly 4. Food truck for very tasty Indian food present on site at all times 5. Venetian blinds in the window as well as curtains which allows for privacy and light into the room in the daytime. Privacy can be a problem with ground level motel rooms with passers-by and car headlights intruding. The venetian blinds circumvents this issue. 6. A table and chairs in the room making self catering comfortable. There was also an outdoor eating area available to guests. 7. The car parked conveniently outside our room door made for easy loading and unloading for our day trips

I greatly appreciated the fact that I was able to book this room without having the funds up front. Also they were amazing about allowing me to pay without having an actual card with me, and were happy to have a cash deposit that was returned immediately when checking out, rather than having to wait a long time for it to be returned to my card. The property was very well kept, and clean. The other guests were very nice. Our room was huge and was able to accommodate for myself and both my sons. The bathroom was my favorite of the room. It was really pretty in there. The beds were extremely comfortable. I actually slept better and woke up without back pain. I will always return here when I am going to be in Bend.

The only minor issue I had was the light as well as the electrical plug ins inbetween the beds did not work.

Inexpensive. Clean. Great location. My go to spot in Bend when I’m there to go mountain biking. I just need a centrally located clean place to sleep, with plenty of parking. I’m not hanging out there as there is too many fun things to do in Bend!

Hardly a dislike, but these rooms can smell of strong cleaning chemicals when you arrive. Can be a bit overwhelming at first, but seems to dissipate quickly once the fan is on and door opens a few times. Again, a super clean room is hard to criticize, minor detail really and I might be hypersensitive to smells. I will go back, so not a deal killer!

Loved the feel at home feel! Nicely decorated! After getting there thought I’d treat myself to the jacuzzi tub. Paid $30 extra and was worth it after 3 long days of driving. Im a woman I was traveled alone to see my sister from Az I was on my last stretch of a 4 day venture. Perfect stop. I will book my stay there on my way back to Az!

Well.. not their fault but my tv wouldn’t work.. the gentleman came to re- program it. I unpacked and put my things in the fridge and bathroom etc. unfortunately he couldn’t fix it so he got me another beautiful room but I wasted a good hour first waiting for tv and re-packing and relocating.

Staff is kind and patient with questions about the amenities. The Indian food cart is great; Guy Fieri has been there. Housekeeping is very attentive and will respect a do not disturb if provided. The location is convenient and quiet, near the local bus line and grocery. They upgraded my room for an unexpected extended stay.

The toilet does not sit flat to the floor.

This is the best deal I have ever had. The room is cheaper than a Hostel and very comfortable. There is nice seating and an excellent bed and lighting.

The door had a dark stain at the bottom. Probably nothing, but one always worries about the effects of black mold. The Motel has obviously put a bunch of effort into updating. The next task would be to paint the door and molding.

The manager was very friendly and helpful with local suggestions. The room appeared to be recently renovated, was clean and had the best cushy carpet. The shower head was taller than my head so I could use it without slouching! (you tall people know what I'm talking about, this is a luxury in hotels 😆). The location is central to a lot of convenient places, and easy to get to. I really enjoyed staying here!

Clean, spacious rooms . Nicely remodeled older motel with nice carpet and beautiful tilework in bathroom. Nice bed linens and towels. A great value and exceptionally comfortable place to stay.

Dining chairs had stain. Need deep clean or re -upholster

The room had a convenient outlet for my c-pap. The bathroom had a clean full remodel. The cost was the lowest I've seen in the last 10 years

If you are highly sensitive to air fresheners you may notice an unpleasant odor. But it's as heavy as many rooms as I've seen.
