The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was updated. Liked using the hot tub and pool everyday. Staff were really friendly. Location was close to the Old Mill District and 25 minutes from Mt. Bachelor! Loved that oat milk was an option at breakfast for my coffee. The oatmeal was wonderful with all the healthy additional topping options. Lots of seating.

The hot breakfast seemed standard unhealthy. I didn't eat any of it.

Room was huge with a living room & kitchen. Super quiet, clean & nice amenities. Loved that we were only a 13 min walk to Hayden amphitheater and only 9 min walk to cute shops & restaurants. We went to see Walker Hayes and it was a great concert! Nice that we didn’t have to worry about drinking/driving and also it felt super safe walking back at night. breakfast was also really good with some healthy choices & good coffee.

Would’ve loved an outdoor pool instead of indoor - or at least a place to lay out in the sun ☀️ Disliked · Didn’t anticipate the $12 parking fee though - we thought that was not necessary considering we paid $270 for the room...

Very friendly staff, comfy beds and spacious rooms, enjoyed the pool and hot tub area, the bar was nice and modern. Walking distance to Old Mill area. Really enjoyed it, I'd definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping wasn't frequent, I had to ask to get towels changed. Surprised by the $12 per day parking charge, for the price I would have expected undercover parking (rather than an outdoor lot...especially how frozen the ground got, getting in and out was hard).

Breakfast.The first night we checked in restaurant only had one person doing everything,taking orders,serving,cooking.Not good service in the hotel restaurant.

I loved the studio room for my family as it was very spacious and comfortable for us. It was great to have a living room and kitchen. It felt open and inviting, not crammed like most hotel rooms. We also enjoyed the fire place in the lobby, bar, and delicious breakfast.

I just wish breakfast ran about 1/2 and hour longer on weekdays. With a baby it was hard to get to breakfast by 9:00.

Location, friendliness of staff.

Our first night was rough due to the fire alarm churping all night. We didn't call front desk after we got back from concert as it was late and didn't want anyone coming to the room to try and fix it. We told front desk the next morning and they were quick to respond

Pet fee was not communicated in advance. Hotel receptionist said it was in the fine print. Fely like that is done on purpouse. We were excited to bring our pet, but would have made arrangements to keep pet at home if i knew how high the fee was. Pet fee was ridiculously too high.

Too good audibility from the corridor. They have a pool and a hot tub, but there is no locker room nearby, and they don't provide bath robes, so you have to walk semi-naked all the way to from. Doable, but not very comfortable

The location was great.

Absolutely did NOT like having to pay 15.00 a day for parking at the hotel when we already paid so much just for our room. This was not told to us ahead of time per booking. We expected the breakfast to be better with it being such a nice hotel.

The location is fantastic right next to the Old Mill District, and 12mn (by car) from the High Desert Museum. I traveled with my children and they loved finishing their day at the indoor pool. We didn’t ski, but we loved the hotel had a ski room to store gear.

Our room was not cleaned during our stay, not sure if that is standard post-covid, but especially with children I would have appreciated coming back to a cleaner room.
