Staff was friendly and very outgoing. Parking spot right outakde the room. Room was large and clean. Beds were comfy. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was great! They had an assortment of sausages, toast, bagels, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, tea etc.

The room wasn't 100% ready for us. Found a few pieces of garbage lying around the room. There were no cups for the coffee, and we were given the wrong password 2x.

The location was good, right off the main road, but not a lot of noise. Staff was friendly and you could tell they were trying to make it a good experience for guests. Bed was comfortable, room had all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. Price was very reasonable for the value. Central ice machine was nice and they were very accommodating of our schedule.

They seemed a little short staffed at times, there was a long check-in line and only one person behind the desk when we arrived (which was probably peak arrivals time). Breakfast was available - also seemed very short staffed, food was a little sparse and not great quality - but fine, especially for the price we paid.

Breakfast is good, my favorite meal of the day. I like the egg “patty” and sausage patty, fruit, milk and toaster waffle with real butter. My husband likes the biscuits and gravy with sausage. The location is good, fairly quiet, near our daughter’s place. We came for our grandson’s high school graduation. The AC unit is a better quality than many places as it cycled on and off. It was a steady temperature and fairly quiet. This makes for a pleasant stay. The staff are the best. They are helpful and really listen. My husband has had medical procedures done and the staff are caring and helpful. They gave us a room that has a recliner, which is very helpful for him to sleep. We have stayed several times at the Sugarloaf motel and are satisfied with our stays. This is the first time to have bugs on the bathroom floor. The towels were nice though.

There were dead bugs in the bathroom, nothing scary, just the little bugs we used to call Rollie pollies. They curl up in a ball if you bother them. I don’t know where they came in but the next morning there was a single live one. There were probably 10 or 12 dead bugs on the bathroom floor. But the carpet in the room was nice and the bed and bedding nice too. The refrigerator worked well.

My husband, 4 year old Granddaughter and I stayed on our way to Spokane. The hotel room was clean and comfortable and the staff up front was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was great with a good variety that even a 4 year old would eat it. We enjoyed the room so much we stayed again on our way home to California. Great location to the highway. We didn’t have to go out of our way to find it and it was easy to get back on the road. There are lots of places to eat around there and gas and conscience store right next door. We have decided it’s our new place to stay on our trips to see our grandson in Spokane.

The hot breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. My husband enjoyed the outdoor pool.

The wi-fi was terrible. I had to go outside of the room to connect, once it was connected, I got about 1/2 an hour of usage, and then it would disconnect and I would have to go outside and connect again. If I moved too far away from the door with my tablet, I would get disconnected and would have to go outside and reconnect. My husband had trouble connecting to begin with, so he used the hotspot that we brought with us. I ended up using the hotspot as well. It was too much of a pain to try and keep connected with their wifi. The ice machine in the front lobby didn't work well, it was hard to get any ice out of it, but to be fair, I didn't mention this to the staff. I just went up to the next floor to get ice.

Amazing location and facilities. Rooms were very nice with a wardrobe, great quality TV and comfortable beds. Side table and chairs, as well as desk and office chair. Clean rooms and breakfast area. Breakfast was tasty and had a good selection of options with a large dining room. Staff was great and very friendly.

The room smelled a bit musty when we would first walk in, especially after being out all day. It also would've been nice if the breakfast got switched up more, there were a good variety of options but they were the same every day. Room lighting was okay but would benefit from more.

Really good breakfast! Clean room, fast check-in service, good parking access to our room, good location. Like that the office is open 24/7.

Refrigerator in our room did not work, even after I mentioned it to the front desk it was not checked on to make sure it worked. No table and chairs in the wide open area of the front room so we had to sit on the beds to talk and play cards. When I notified the front desk that the refrigerator didn't work, they told me I just needed to plug it in. So we struggled to move the huge cabinet it was in away from the wall to get to the outlet, and it was already plugged in. We made sure it was "on", but it did not work. Then the office told me as we were leaving and I mentioned again that it didn't work, that I should have told them and they would have fixed it. Hmm.

We were greeted upon arrival by very friendly staff, the check in process was quick and informative. The room was clean and orderly. There were some things on the floor, plastic pieces off something. I didn't look closer. The bed was clean and comfortable. The TV was terrible, but that's not why we were there, easily ignored. I found outlets to plug in our devices easily enough. The room coffee was terrible! The breakfast was generous and good. Coffee there was 100 % better.

The room coffee was nasty

Pros: Night staffer, Jason, I believe was his name. Absolutely so hospitable. He was a friendly person. Very informative and didn't hesitate to answer any questions. Check-in was super quick and easy. The room was easy to find and very clean. Simple breakfast. The dining area is clean and well kept. Check out was also super quick and easy. I don't want to say cons, but the bed in that room was on the harder/slightly uncomfortable side for my personal liking. But overall, it was a great experience for a last-minute booking.
