I was completely blown away by the cleanliness and size of the rooms. Clean bathrooms are so important to me and wow... it was clean, comfortable, and designed well. I need a desk as I'm a business traveler and the in-room desk was perfect. Beyond that, lots of comfy spaces in the lobby/bar area to sit with my laptop if I wanted.

As a vegetarian my options get limited to the pastries, oatmeal/cereal in most cases. Same goes here. I would have liked to see that the breakfast burrito was veggie. you can always add meat on the side. Even the eggs had meat in them. Vegetarians like a nice hot breakfast too.

Breakfast was great- lots of options to choose from and the kids loved that there was a waffle machine. Coffee station available throughout the day/night was nice to have. Location was very convenient - you’re within walking distance of great restaurants, food trucks, Market of Choice. The team working there were always very friendly and kind, always wanting to help.

Overall our stay was great but if we have to choose something that could be better it would be for the mattress in the room to be more firm.

We were able to check in a little early for our 2 night stay which was greatly appreciated. The location was perfect as we wanted to enjoy a few breweries and not have to drive. Monkless, Crux, Immersion and Crosscut were all an easy walk away. You are also able to go down by the river and walk the paved trail along it watching all the people float by. The facilities were clean, the bed super comfy and the staff pleasant. We stopped by the hotel bar one night expecting to stay for just one drink but the bartender and the other guests were great so we stayed for a few hours.

You do have to pay $20 a night for parking, which I guess is the new normal but still seems high to me. I wanted to pay for our bar tab and parking in cash but this location does not take cash.

didn't get king bed as requested, however, was booked on a 3rd party website, as the front desk clerk made sure to comment on, as I've never encountered a mess up on 3rd party websites when booking, but overall was still pleased with accommodations. desk clerk wasn't too keen on assisting to see if a king room was available. No cash facility☹️

Clean rooms, clean breakfast area, and clean common areas. Attentive & and friendly staff. Was nice to have a selection of pillows. Liked layout of the room with a walk-in closet. Good breakfast selecion.

Stop charging for parking. It feels like price gouging. There is plenty of parking and no reason to charge except as an opportunity to increase revenue.

Lance and Kevin were so great at the front desk! It was our first family trip and being able to feel welcome made a huge difference. I love how they listened to me share my excitement! Stacey helped us with an extra blanket and pillow for our pull out bed because we were already using the extra one in our room! Everyone was so kind we left a tip in the room because our experience was so wonderful! The place was cleaned and staff was tentative to all of their guest! What can I say, our stay was perfect!

What I didn’t like about the place was how perfect it felt! I didn’t want to ever leave 😭!

The lobby layout was really nice, easy to find a place to sit and talk or watch a game. The room was modern and large, very comfortable.

There was some confusion about getting the room cleaned and bringing more towels. There was no way to communicate that without calling the desk. The parking charge was $15/night which is seems very high since there was a large unused parking lot.

Very clean and nice rooms. Jeff was extremely nice and helpful when we needed last minute early check in and he suggested some great restaurants for us. Great breakfast as well.

Way over priced. I’ve stayed at many SpringHill Suites and they’ve never been this expensive. We were in town for the Fairwell Festival and every hotel was sold out except for a few and they all had their prices marked up crazy high. Unfortunately we had no other option and needed somewhere to stay.

Elevators were fast. Rooms were clean.

I didn't understand why we had to pay for parking. I don't think I read it anywhere either. We had stayed at the holiday inn in Bend earlier in the week which was comparable in price and quality rating. Their breakfast was better and we didn't have to pay for parking. So I feel like I can't rate Springhill equal or above Holiday Inn.

We came for a concert and stayed for a night. Hotel was better than expected. Plus for being walkable to the amphitheater about 12 min. Room is spacious and comfortable, with fridge, microwave. Also enough room for a sitting area plus writing desk. Staff was very nice and quick to get us checked in. Lobby was well kept with coffee and water available to guests which is a nice touch.

Open spa and pool til at least 11 or midnight would be nice.
