Care has obviously been taken to update the motel, and the management is doing a wonderful job of beautifying the property. The bed was nice and firm, the sheets and towels were very clean, and the appliances were new. Stephanie runs a tight ship, and the property reflects it.

Honestly, the only issue was the appliance cluster. The TV, coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator shared an outlet, so when trying to make breakfast, brew coffee, and watch TV at the same time, the circuit breaker tripped several times. It was a minor annoyance, though, and not a big deal.

I come to bend for medical care for the last 6 years I have always stayed at Holliday Hotel, I have always found it to be very economical and very clean and comfortable. The new owners have been exceptionally accommodating for when I needed to check in early and I so much appreciated that!! I really love this Hotel I hope it's always here!! 🥰

In the 6 years I've been staying here I can say that I have stayed in every room they have. I was a little sad to see that minor fixes in the room I last stayed in had not been addressed. ( Rusted corner shelf, large paint chip missing from bathroom cupboard door) Those are easy fixes that were in the same shape last I stayed in that room when the former owners owned it. But I still love this Hotel!!!! 🥰

It's a typical motel, which for us as non Americans is cool as we always see it in movies. Rooms were simple but effective. Beds were comfortable, which is most important. Location in Central Bend is convenient. Staff at check-in gave some excellent suggestions for dinner and breakfast which otherwise we would never have discovered. Heating worked really well, had to dial it down a notch a few times.

The lighting is super bright and cold. We only used the night stand lights instead. There was a hair on the pillow, as well as in the bath tub, hopefully left by the cleaning staff and not by a previous customer. There was coffee available in the room, but no tea.

Clean place, reasonably priced, plus it's close to everything, and felt safe. No sketchiness, no noise from other guests. It seems like a mom and pop operation, and felt like they are keeping the place well-maintained. if you're just looking for a place to sleep, they're the best value in town. We had a quick and easy check in process. Staff was great. IMO, it's a perfect place to sleep before you spend the day doing whatever brought you to Bend. You can't do better for under 100 a night.

look, this ain't the Ritz. The place isn't gross, but it ain't showing up in anyone's slick vacation pics on Instagram. It is not new or modern.

I like that the staff were really nice and responsive, and gave us an upgrade for free! The bed was comfortable, the window AC was functional, and everything was reasonably clean. I also liked that there was an ice machine outside and a functional fridge and freezer inside. The Wifi was alright, but we didn't use the TV at all. We also really liked we could walk to the Hayden Homes Ampitheater for our concert.

The motel was nice and cheap, so I wasn't super expecting perfection, but there were a few janky elements. For instance, one of the bedside lamps barely worked, the shower water pretty was somewhat low, and the shower didn't have a shower curtain liner (so the decorative one just got soaked). Also, the window unit did let wildfire smoke in from outside, but that's to be expected. Still, pretty comfortable visit overall, and we can't complain!

Check in was easy, the Motel was easy to find, the room was well maintined, clean and at a comfortable temperature when we arrived. It was a great location to come and go from while we enjoyed local attractions. Loved having a mini fridge and microwave in the room!

This Motel was a great, safe, affordable and clean place to stay, but it isn't a destination resort place. While it is carefully maintained, it is a bit old and might seem "behind" as there are physical keys to open the doors and the A/C is a window unit. Our suite had two rooms with a step between them that was well marked "Watch your Step," which was fine for us, but if having new, fancy rooms with all the latest technology you might be disappointed.

Overall 8/10. It was affordable, the bed was comfy, and for the most part the room was reasonably clean.

The room could have been a little cleaner, but as someone who is harsh on masking sure a room is spotless, overall it wasn’t bad given what I paid. However, as someone who is allergic to room sprays or overly powerful laundry detergents with heavy aromas I would recommend they use a scent free cleaner/detergent as the room and bed was extremely scented. I had to sleep with a sweater over the pillow to mask the smell of detergent or whatever it is they use. (Not the end of the world but it could really ruin someones day)

This was the first time I stayed in any hotel or motel where there was a streaming service readily available! We watched Netflix, thank you to Jason, whomever you are! Front desk staff was super, extremely helpful . (Also Jason?) He had several recommendations for where to eat and also hooked us up with some paper bowls and some tea and a kitchen knife and other niceties. WiFi worked well. The bed was comfy and the showers ran hot. Very quiet room even though it’s on a busy road. The room key was an old fashioned key instead of a stupid card to swipe. Great location for us because with grocery outlet and super thrift almost next door we easily got snacks and and replaced some torn shorts.

In general the room was clean; very clean bathroom and appliances which was very much appreciated. . But there were some things that could have been cleane that would have made it feel more inviting. For example, the cushioned side chair had some really gnarly stains on it, table tops were worn so didn’t appear seem clean, the carpet was vacuumed but appeared a little old/ grungy.

STAFF WERE FRIENDLY. ROOM WAS GOOD SIZE. BED WAS COMFORTABLE. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND HOUSE KEEPING WAS FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. RATES WERE VERY REASONABLE. MOTEL WAS CLOSE TO FUEL AND FOOD SOURCES.

SATTELITE TV RECEPTION WAS A LITTLE WONKY AT TIMES BUT IS WHAT IT IS. SUGGEST MAYBE A LITTLE TALLER CHAIR FOR THE TABLE, AND A CHANNEL GUIDE. NOT DEAL BREAKERS, JUST SUGGESSTIONS.

The motel is older but is clean and updated. Our king bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and cute. Staff were nice and helpful, temp control worked well. Location is right on the main drag, but road noise was not a problem. Great price for the stay, we'd recommend.

Only real problem was that our room was located right next to the office/check-in, so there was foot traffic with guests and staff right outside our window until late evening. Also tried to open the bathroom window for some airflow but the screen was in bad shape.
