Upon our arrival at the hotel in Redmond, Oregon, late yesterday evening, we were immediately met with the warmth and professionalism of the front desk staff. Having spent the entire day packing and moving, their genuine hospitality was exactly what we needed. Our room provided a much-needed sanctuary, allowing us to rejuvenate with a refreshing shower and a deep, peaceful sleep. Morning greeted us with a delightful surprise: a deliciously prepared breakfast that catered perfectly to our hungry appetite. SERIOUSLY the best Bisquit's and Gravy, yeah seriously! The lady responsible for this culinary delight was not only talented in her craft but also radiated friendliness and a big smile, this added a special touch to our early morning breakfast. "I just "oh so love" the next morning when you wake up after packing and moving the prior day, you know, when everything on you hurts. So that morning meal hit the spot. In every aspect, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Whether you're seeking a welcoming environment, fair pricing, top-tier accommodations, or simply a place where you can get a sound night's sleep, this establishment stands out as a top recommendation. That we could only stay for one night but had to get to Eugene to Unpack the U-Haul. Oh Goodie.

This is a very good motel: comfortable beds; adequate features on our room like a refrigerator, coffee maker, large TV with lots of channels; decent, nearby parking; easily operable ac and heating; excellent breakfast; close to many good restaurants and traveler facilities

(1) Extra loud, noisy fan in our bathroom that came on in conjunction with the bathroom light so we couldn't operate and thus moderate it separately. (2) Our main bedcover was way too warm and left us with sheet covers only to keep us warm (no spare, light blanket). (3) The front desk clerk wouldn't allow us an hour extension of time in the morning we were due to leave, even though most motels/hotels allow this. (4) Our room was on the side of the building that was closest to the main highway, so noise could sometimes be bothersome.(5) The rug on our room had several large, dirty botches in it, that would require more serous cleaning or perhaps eplacement altogether

I loved how clean it was and how updated everything seemed to be. I felt very comfortable and safe there which was important for my family.

My only complaint is that I chose this location specifically because it had a pool and hot tub and I was not notified until I already got there that I would not have access to the pool and hot tub during my stay due to renovations to it. That should have been stated prior to my booking.

Our room was large, clean and there were plenty of towels. The front desk was helpful and friendly as were all the staff we encountered. Great location and very fairly priced. Great bfast options, most fresh. Great Wi-Fi! Great tv, too. The showers were seriously among the best we’ve ever experience with super water pressure and great temps! Looks like they have a very nice pool there, too. And a large breakfast area. A really great value.. We brought our dog and we’re not put in a run down, poorly located room. WE REALLY APPRECIATED THAT!!! :)

A river with rapids and waterfall was great source of enjoyment. Great trees and bird life was calming and relaxing. The morning breakfasts were exceptional for the food selection and quality. The dining room was spacious and comfortable. The selection of beverages and snacks in lobby were good, if somewhat overpriced. The sunrises and sunsets were lovely.

Since the hotel is divided with a breezeway in between the hot tub/pool, we had to go out into the cold with wet hair to get back to our room. Brrrrr.

Comfort Suites was immaculate from the moment we walked through the doors. Very inviting, very friendly staff. The room was awesome and very clean and plenty of space. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of choices, the food was fresh and kept warm. I will recommend Comfort Suites @ Redmond airport to my family and friends.

The only thing I didn't care for was the coffee, both in the room and the lobby. It was very watered down. It tasted like warmed water...no coffee flavor at all.
