Nice pool & hot tub, pet welcome for $25/night & easy access to grassy area for pets, clean comfy room. Breakfast was great on Fri, but crowded & food kept running out on Saturday am with only 1 staff running check-out desk & kitchen. He did a great job under the circumstances! Happy to stay here next time in Bend.

Nice, clean room. All of the staff was friendly although the person at check-in was inexperienced and the process took a long time-but she was friendly.

Thanks to all the road construction going on in front of the property, it was VERY hard to get in and out. Not the hotel's fault and I'm sure it will be fine once the construction is done.

Chris was great and changed my room from 2nd floor to the first floor as I’ve had knee surgery and can’t do stairs. Room was nice as we parked in handicap spot right outside of our room. Took back road to mall to go to dinner

The construction out front of hotel. Way beyond your control. We didn’t grab breakfast as it wasn’t completely setup yet as we were leaving at 6:30

Breakfast was plentiful, delicious. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very popular, and clearly very busy. Cool Delorean in the front lot.

Side trash bin was completely overflowing, to the point trash was on the ground. No elevator. It was busy, but the staff were friendly and helpful.

The dining area was too small, we were not to take meals back to our room and we could not leave our pet in our room, unattended. We could, but if the dog barked we would have to leave. That said, my wife and I could not take our morning meal together.

Did not like that my room wasn't ready until around 6pm and we was tired from traveling and had to wait and do more driving around to kill time instead of waiting in the lobby listening to kids screaming due to that there was a youth baseball team there at the pool at the same time.

We arrived to clean rooms, pleasant facility and staff. The only downside, which they couldn't control was getting there due to construction and google directions.

The construction in the area made it very difficult to find and get to the location. We realize it wasn't their fault, but it was awful.

The Jacuzzi was amazing and very relaxing. The room was clean quiet and everything worked as expected.

My only minor complain would be the mattress in the bed wasn't the most comfortable but I am a little spoiled by my own mattress at home. I still slept very well just could have been a little more comfortable.

Pool was cold. Room was clean beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly when we came in and gave us some great recommendations for places to visit with my son.

The air conditioner kept making a popping noise every so often. Pillows were to soft. Pool is falling apart had broken pieces of it on the floor of the pool and the water was salty. Over all we had a good stay.

The beds were great, pool and spa were greatly needed and breakfast was enjoyed as usual

I felt like over $300 for about 12 hours was overpriced. I realize that other places are a lot more, but for families that have traveled for their kid's lacross games, this is a real challenge to their budgets. Makes me think about pitching a tent out behind the motel so we can afford to continue to support our youth.
