The staff were super friendly and the location was very convenient. We were less than 10 minutes from everywhere we needed to go. We had a leak under our sink the first night and maintenance came into fix it immediately and we had no issues after that.

I would have appreciated more breakfast options. I chose the property for the reason that they offer breakfast. We were told there would be sausage and there wasn’t any :/ it would be great to have more protein options other than eggs for folks who have egg sensitivities. The staff who managed breakfast was super great and tried to get us whatever we needed which was really nice (I was hoping to have decaf coffee and Annette gave me decaf coffee pods for my room coffee machine).

It was a convenient location and even though it was close to highways that I thought was going to be loud it wasn’t loud in the room. It was a good value for what we paid. The staff was very nice.

I was hoping the pool would be bigger with a hot tub for our family for resting sore muscles after a long drive, but better than no pool. Also, my husband and I that have to be gluten-free due to gluten intolerance could barely eat anything at the breakfast. So it would be wonderful if somehow they could have more gluten-free options that are also vegetarian.

The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond what could be expected of any motel with a couple VERY last minute special accommodations. Everyone and everything was very clean, very polite, very welcoming. The price of the room ( also last minute) hands down cannot beat especially in Bend Oregon. The room was spotless the bed with comfortable with nice linen everything was clean and not just surface cleaned actually cleaned. The breakfast in the morning was restaurant quality and delicious. I won't stay anywhere else in Bend Oregon! 5 star accommodations and a 3 star price. THANK YOU

Breakfast options were good. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Sleeping area was modern.

The room we were given was on the side of the hotel that faced a very busy street with a lot of car noise. The bathroom was ok (it worked as it should), but it looked like a 10 year old was given a tube of white silicone & told they had to outline all around the tub & shower from the ceiling to the floor in less than 10 minutes. It was like the hotel put 100% of their room budget into the sleeping area and scraped the bottom of the barrel to cobble the bathroom (toilet & shower room) together. There didn't seem to be a functional fan in the shower area. With that being said, I would stay here again, I'd just not expect too much from the bathroom.

The room and bed were comfortable. Very plain but had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The breakfast provided was as good as any. Not impressive but not disappointing either.

The vanity area wasn't entirely clean. The kind of granite used makes it hard to tell, but there was a film and it could have been cleaner. The bathroom needs a fan. So strange to not have a fan with a shower. There was a weird sound coming from the left side of the bed every time my husband got on and off of the bed. Not super concerning, just thought it was worth mentioning. Other than that, it was great.

Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Room was clean and good size. Bed was comfortable. It was nice to have breakfast each morning. Close to all of the places I needed to go.

Room did not have a closet, just 3 fixtures on the wall to hang around 3 items each. Staying 5 nights and not being able to hang clothes in closet was disappointing. Alot of road noise from highway until around 10pm but was okay.

the staff and general room were great. the breakfast in general. In the morning, the breakfas was good.

The room we had was across from the dog area, which was fabulous - however, there was a smoking bench about 30 ft from the door of our room. People using the smoking area chose to light up when they walked towards the smoking area. Thus, we could smell the smoke/vape/weed easily through our window/door. This is the only thing

Great location, clean, staff was great, housekeeping was excellent, reasonable rates.

The dresser was very small with only 2 drawers. There were 3 hooks for hanging clothes. Wished there had been a rod set up for hanging clothes. We stayed 3 nights, the weather was cold, were hiking during the day & going to concerts in the evening so had more clothes than normal.

We really enjoyed the big room, and kids loved the pool. The pools was quiet and offered a relaxed swim after a long day of travelling. Breakfast room got a little busy around closing, but offered a good variety. Close to the freeway and the Bend town center by car.

The motel was great and we really had a good time. The area offers not many restaurant options though within walking distance. Acces to all major roads is a big plus though; a car is defo needed.

My room was very clean and is laid out well. Easy to move around. Includes fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, small chest of drawers, compact desk but large enough for laptop and comfortable work, large flat screen TV, reading chair with footrest and reading lamp. Wifi is fast. Very comfortable king size bed with wall lamps and phone charging ports on each side of the bed. Bathroom vanity at far end....toilet and shower are in separate room so two people can use facilities at the same time. Hair dryer included. Flooring is vinyl pergo rather than carpet... I much prefer the former since carpet can harbor all kinds of nastiness even when vacuumed and perfumed. Lastly, the provided breakfast has real eggs, bacon and biscuits, along with other choices like cereals, yogurt and waffles. All in all, a great stay and an excellent value. Having stayed at other subpar hotels in the past when visiting Bend, this is a great find.
