Staff was friendly and very outgoing. Parking spot right outakde the room. Room was large and clean. Beds were comfy. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was great! They had an assortment of sausages, toast, bagels, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, tea etc.

The room wasn't 100% ready for us. Found a few pieces of garbage lying around the room. There were no cups for the coffee, and we were given the wrong password 2x.

My husband, 4 year old Granddaughter and I stayed on our way to Spokane. The hotel room was clean and comfortable and the staff up front was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was great with a good variety that even a 4 year old would eat it. We enjoyed the room so much we stayed again on our way home to California. Great location to the highway. We didn’t have to go out of our way to find it and it was easy to get back on the road. There are lots of places to eat around there and gas and conscience store right next door. We have decided it’s our new place to stay on our trips to see our grandson in Spokane.

The hot breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. My husband enjoyed the outdoor pool.

The wi-fi was terrible. I had to go outside of the room to connect, once it was connected, I got about 1/2 an hour of usage, and then it would disconnect and I would have to go outside and connect again. If I moved too far away from the door with my tablet, I would get disconnected and would have to go outside and reconnect. My husband had trouble connecting to begin with, so he used the hotspot that we brought with us. I ended up using the hotspot as well. It was too much of a pain to try and keep connected with their wifi. The ice machine in the front lobby didn't work well, it was hard to get any ice out of it, but to be fair, I didn't mention this to the staff. I just went up to the next floor to get ice.

Really good breakfast! Clean room, fast check-in service, good parking access to our room, good location. Like that the office is open 24/7.

Refrigerator in our room did not work, even after I mentioned it to the front desk it was not checked on to make sure it worked. No table and chairs in the wide open area of the front room so we had to sit on the beds to talk and play cards. When I notified the front desk that the refrigerator didn't work, they told me I just needed to plug it in. So we struggled to move the huge cabinet it was in away from the wall to get to the outlet, and it was already plugged in. We made sure it was "on", but it did not work. Then the office told me as we were leaving and I mentioned again that it didn't work, that I should have told them and they would have fixed it. Hmm.

Amazing location and facilities. Rooms were very nice with a wardrobe, great quality TV and comfortable beds. Side table and chairs, as well as desk and office chair. Clean rooms and breakfast area. Breakfast was tasty and had a good selection of options with a large dining room. Staff was great and very friendly.

The room smelled a bit musty when we would first walk in, especially after being out all day. It also would've been nice if the breakfast got switched up more, there were a good variety of options but they were the same every day. Room lighting was okay but would benefit from more.

Pros: Night staffer, Jason, I believe was his name. Absolutely so hospitable. He was a friendly person. Very informative and didn't hesitate to answer any questions. Check-in was super quick and easy. The room was easy to find and very clean. Simple breakfast. The dining area is clean and well kept. Check out was also super quick and easy. I don't want to say cons, but the bed in that room was on the harder/slightly uncomfortable side for my personal liking. But overall, it was a great experience for a last-minute booking.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. The staff was by far the best part of our stay. The pool was clean and not too busy. The room was clean and very comfortable. The lobby and grounds were clean and well kept. The amenities in the room were great and the samples looked high end, even though the shampoo smelled pretty bad. The location was convienient within walking distance to a few stores and restaurants.

Breakfast wasn’t great. The overflow valve for the bathtub was unsecured and fell off revealing pvc pipe, no big deal just obviously unfinished. The toilet paper was pretty bad and desintegrated when it was used. Our room was missing a shower curtain but the staff brought us one right away and even offered a room upgrade which we declined. Our friends rooms lock was malfunctioning but they were kind, fast and courteous to get them a new room. Their new room was an upgrade and even closer to our room which was ideal. Otherwise a perfectly fine stay and we would stay again.

Have you ever seen hot tub Thai machine movie? This was the vibe I was getting very clean very friendly stuff was excellent.

Was a little weirded out by the taxidermy as you walk into the lobby the big mountain lion in a glass case kind of creeped me out not really into preserved Dead animals although I’m sure there’s a story to it I just failed to ask The cigarette smokers, hovering in the stairwell, permeated into my room early in the morning. I’m not a cigarette smoker and it’s not good for my health to be around.

This place is so worth the price - I was checked-in by a very friendly employee who recommended tourists sites and restaurants. He was very kind and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. The entire motel is quiet and safe and close to everything - downtown is a quick drive, and there are restaurants, shops, etc. all within walking distance. The breakfast was great with a huge selection of foods and drinks. The cost for everything is so inexpensive!

The only thing I noticed is that there is no over-head lighting. Not a big deal at all. Really, no downsides to this motel whatsoever!
