As usual, staff at check in and check out were kind and welcoming. The room was clean and quiet as usual. I like the covered seating area for having a quiet coffee in the mornings, and the doggie area was well-kept! I don't even have a dog but if I did I would like to bring my dog there. As usual, I like that this property is a short walk from downtown Bend, and so easy to hop on the 97? to RDM airport.

The only downside was the overnight guy. I didn't get his name, but the manager the next morning was receptive to the feedback I gave. Long story short, out of the 3 years I have stayed here, he has been the only rude staff I've ever had. Besides him, the property def meets expectations per usual. It's a nice quiet place a short was from downtown. And we still had the best time.

Parking. We came back to the hotel from our event to a completely full parking lot and had to park on a sketchy side street a block away with valuable items in the canopy of our truck that we would've felt much better being closer to where we were staying. Also, the site says "pay at counter when you check-in" which I like because I can choose which card to put it on at that time. Instead of waiting for me to check-in, they tried running my card early am the day of, and I got a nasty email about my card being declined and threats of losing our reservation.

I went in to the office Friday evening and had my girlfriend on the phone and spoke with front desk and my girlfriend gave her credit card over the phone and was charged to extend my stay for 3 more days. Saturday at 11 am I am getting a knock on the door. Telling me check out time is 11 . I advised them I extended my stay and the lady working the front desk said no I didn't I got my girlfriend on the phone to verify the card used. And again the lady was rude and very unprofessional and said it was not charged my girlfriend tried telling her that in fact she was charged and wanted to know what the issue was Front desk then charged my initial card for 1 day and said I have the room until tomorrow.

The room was very clean, nicely setup, and bathroom was very large. Perfect room if multiple people are getting ready in the bathroom at the same time. Comfy pillows and blankets. Easy to use temp control system. Easy to check in and out. Parking lot is nice and big, plenty if plenty of space wherever your room is. Staff is very friendly and welcoming both night and morning staff. Complimentary coffee and some morning snacks. The coffee was great, Idk what brand it was but it was really really good! I stayed an overnighter only but would definitely come here again if I had a longer stay.

The base of the beds are a weird hollow, metal frame that can vibrational echo if you accidently kick it or sometimes just when you're getting into the bed. This was never loud enough to both sleeping just an oddity. Very little lighting in the room area which made it a bit "ugh" while getting ready for the day; since we didn't want to open curtains. Coffee maker in the bathroom was off-putting, probably better next to the fridge/microwave area. Plus took up counter space in bathroom. I feel like the advertisement of breakfast made me feel like there would be more options, specifically some hot grab 'n go options.

For the price that was paid there was all that was expected and then some. Super comfortable blankets and plenty of pillows for the bed set up which was a plus, Comfort is a must. There was laundry facilities as well as ice which are nice commodities to have especially laundry. The staff were very welcoming as well as helpful if needed for support at any time. Overall just a really great value for the price paid.

There really wasn't a plethora of things that I can think of to say any poor review of. Obviously it wasn't a five-star hotel but then again I wasn't paying a thousand plus dollars a night so I got everything that I expected and more like I said.

I asked for new blankets and a mop, and the staff brought them very fast. Everyone had a pleasant attitude. I was gone past checkout due to an appointment taking longer than i thought and left my family in the room. They extended our stay for nothing until I got back!

The top blanket had a weird white crusty stain and the floors turned the toddlers feet black.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Very good price! I would definitely stay there again. Front desk staff were friendly, and the breakfast choices were decent. Tangerines, bananas, yogurt, mini muffins, energy bars, hard-boiled eggs, orange juice, and apple juice, coffee.

The door that connects the next room lets a lot of noise from the other room through.

Great location. Walking distance to Old Bend. Plenty of food options in walking distance. Extra bonuses on site like refrigerator and good ice machine too.

Lacking parking spaces when at full occupancy. I had left around 6pm and when I returned at 8pm, there were very few parking spaces left.

We loved the cleanliness of our room, the comfort of the bed, the friendliness of the staff, location, and the pristine pool and hot tub. Also it was very quiet.

We didn't like the TV, the grainy picture. Older motel, updated nicely.

It was surprise how clean this place. The king size bed was so comfy, especially we were travelling all day. Quite I would say even more qu I te considering all hotel was booked. Shower is clean. Enough pillows
