I liked the price and the location. And once I booked it, they were responsive when I called to ask about getting a late check-in (after midnight)! And the next morning when I discovered my car battery dead, they helped jump-start my car!

It's old and it definitely shows its age--not that I expected much at this price point. ;) My room was an interesting configuration. It looks like it originally had one bed plus a sitting area. Now the sitting area has a second bed. Like the title says: "Good enough for a place to crash!" :)

Well I tell you Maria the cleaner is very very nice she always leaves the room so clean I feel comfortable when I come here. The owners of the Chalet motel are very nice they've given me food a couple of times the lady had cooked and she actually bring me some noodles that she cooked Indian food they are just really super nice people I have a dog a golden retriever and they're always allowing him here to stay sometimes I don't have the money to pay for him and they will let me pay them the next day that's how good they are you should come and check it out it's very cheap and you can afford it so come to bend the Chalet motel I gave it a 10

There wasn't anything that I felt that I didn't like the rooms are nice and clean people are nice

Clean, large room and bathroom. Large bed with right firmness. Quiet day and night in my room middle of back row. Excellent long, new desk with chair, worked well both for my computer time and back health. Manger was personable and efficient, available and helpful. The price was right, and for the quality, best value

Everything was clean be and everything worked well.

No breakfast, I did not expect one. I received a very nice shower and bathroom and a very comfortable sleeping bed. Television was available, watched part of a mariner game while decompressing. Awoke well rested, easy check out and back on the run. Thanks so much.

The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel mattresses we've slept on. The room had a great new refrigerator with a large freezer area which was perfect for refreezing several blue ice blocks for our cooler. The fridge was spacious and held a 1/2 gallon of juice, a gallon of milk, fruit and restaurant leftovers, with room for more. Unlike many motel refrigerators this one was very quiet! We come through Bend two times a year and after trying three other motels over the past couple of years, we finally found a budget hotel that doesn't feel cheap and old. We will return here for sure!

The shower took a long time to warm up, so I felt like we were wasting water waiting to get hot enough. But, once it was heated it was a comfortable temperature and flow rate.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Our chemical sensitivities so appreciate that the linens were washed without strong fragrance!! Bed was comfortable, room was sufficiently dark and quiet; carpet was in good shape and well padded.

Bathroom didn't have a wastebasket. From the toilet it was apparent how much water damage the sink pedestal had suffered.

The water pressure is AMAZING! You can tell they really care about their property with how much work they've put into it (and continue to). The outside of the property looks amazing. The parking lot is well lit so it gave me ease of mind. The owners are very friendly and kind and do their best to accommodate every need. Thank you again!

We actually never stayed in this facility. We arrived and went to our room. Unfortunately it had a strong perfume smell. They gave us another upgraded room. Still smelled like perfume. The owner gladly and apologized returned our money.

The Chalet motel is very very reasonable prices the cleanliness of the motels are very clean the staff here are very friendly they are pet friendly I like it here

I like it when I don't have enough money to pay for my pet he'll let me pay the next day and I'm always up to date with him paying for my pet but pets are welcome

Room was great, two beds set up in a way that gave us some privacy from each other. Clean, nicely updated decor and quiet location near a grocery outlet, del taco and arby's if you don't want to drive the 10 mins in either direction to TONS AND TONS of shopping eating and exploring. WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN! Felt like Schitts Creek's motel

toilet and shower had low water pressure, not really an issue but did kinda surprise us. Not a deal breaker, I'll be back!
